Staff are freindly and accommodating. the hotel is clean and room is very neat. food is good especially the eskwate. price is reasonable!!

I couldn't sleep well because I heard the music until 4:30 a.m.

My wedding was held at Parklane (Eugenia Hall),and I couldn't have chosen a better venue. The hall was spacious and perfectly sized for our guest list. The rooms we rented were not only lovely but also immaculately clean - a huge plus for our out-of-town guests. I highly recommend Parklane Hotel Cebu for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. But what truly made our experience special was the warm and welcoming staff - they went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable.

Very good hotel. Recommended. Will repeat the same hotel again. Walking distance to Ayala Centre Mall too.

They have a baby pool that is just the right size for my daughter and a pool good enough for my teenage son. The water faucet has well-maintained hot and cold shower plumbing and it makes it so comfortable to rest when all amenities are working. Their massage is 24 hours open. Their sauna in the gym is a bit inconvenient because you have to walk pass through all the people working out if you want to use the sauna. Other than that, everything is excellent!

I recently stayed at Cebu Parklane Hotel with my wife and kids, and we had a great experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Ayala Center, which made shopping and dining very convenient. The room had a nice combination of carpeted and tiled flooring, adding to the comfort and cleanliness of the space. The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay for the whole family. Highly recommended!

Pleasant hotel in a central area, near to IT Park, Business center and a few shopping malls. Friendly staff, to recommend.

Pretty decent for a quick staycation away from home. Budget friendly and delicious breakfast within expectations.

Hotel’s were clean and in good location. Only minutes  away in ayala. Pool were nit in used during my stay.

Renovated room, nice gym with A/C which is rare in the island, nice pool

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly, but rooms need attention. The beds are extra hard, the carpet is dirty and the bathroom is very uninviting, with a stained bathtub, an old shower and a dirty sink.
