Absolute best hotel in Cebu City. The staff were friendly (compliments to Mark for being extra friendly and giving good recommendations). The room was spacious and clean. The view of the city was great. Highly recommend.

I didn’t expect it to be that nice. The pool is clean and breakfast buffet is superb! Definitely coming back to mandarin again!

Location is very near ayala mall. Breakfast is good. Gym and pool working when we were there. Got to stay at a discount. Extended up to 6pm and paid minimal fee. Will stay here again. Went canyoneering.

Everything went well during our stay in the hotel. The breakfast was sumptuous specially the bread pudding. A soak in the bathtub was pretty relaxing. Overall it’s good value for money specially if you wish to stay close to Ayala center Cebu!

Location is very good. Just across Ayala Mall. Housekeeping can be improved a lot. No available bidet. Drainage is not so good at all. Breakfast so so.

The hotel is kind of old but it’s a budget hotel and very accessible to the mall. I had a nice stay.

Nice hotel. Clean and very near to Ayala Center Cebu and restaurants. Buffet Breakfast though was a bit disappointing.

Very near the mall And a lot of nearby restaurants The bedsheets are clean I just dont like the restroom it looks old. I bought some dried fish and pack in a box but they dont allow me to leave it to the concierge, instead they leave it outside of the hotel.

Very clean and thé beautiful receptionist is very accommodating and helpful my room is huge and shiny clean though one thing the fridge is not that cold, the breakfast buffet is pretty decent for the price. Thank u

Its an old hotel and budget friendly, good for staying a couple of nights. I had a comfortable sleep. Very nice staffs too

Our go to go hotel, we really like it here, however zhen we check in their sauna couldn't be used that day, but still we will go back soon.
