Le Calette Bay

Our favorite thing about this hotel was the beach deck. It was private and so relaxing. We had access to the water which was so refreshing. We were always able to find a spot and the beach beds were so comfortable. We were there anytime we were at the hotel even when the ocean was closed due to harsh conditions. The pool area was crowded. There are a lot of bees at this resort. We came for the outdoor jacuzzi room. The room was dated and hot. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was broken. We were moved to the main hotel, which is more updated and more like a regular hotel. We appreciated that. It had a nice balcony and a tub inside that was nice. Would stay again for the beach deck.

We enjoyed the stunning scenery, clean, fresh and beautiful rooms and breathtaking grounds. The pool was refreshing and the ability to swim in several different places throughout the resort was divine! The sea is steps from your room, the mountain views are surreal. The service was top notch with a staff that wants to provide the utmost service with a personal touch. We attended a wedding on property and the property lent itself to the most beautiful event. It is an easy walk to town were you'll find wonderful restaurants and shops nestled in. Thank you to Derik, concierge, who assisted with scheduling an incredible private boat tour of beautiful Cefalu as well as a private hair appointment for a special occasion! The staff goes above and beyond in this gorgeous resort with beautiful views and grounds! It is a stand out in our travels. We cannot recommend this resort more!

My wife and 20 year old daughter spent 2 nights at Le Calette after spending our first few days in Taormina and we absolutely loved it. You quickly realize that the location is a gem with its own secluded bay however still very close (20 min walk) around the point to the charming town and busy beaches. What made me ensure to provide this review was that despite 2 days of pampering, great beach time, great meals and service, we found ourselves with a painful surprise when we went to pack up our rental car and move to our next stop. Our car had a large dent on one of the rear passenger doors. Fortunately it turned out I was at a resort where they truly do care and since we had not moved our car since we arrived we asked the hotel to help us as the prospect of paying a large deductible was going to dramatically sour our experience. All I can say is that the hotel GM was fantastic to deal with and helped us turn a negative into a positive. We’ll be sure to stay at this resort next time we’re back in Sicily as we stayed at several that were luxury but it’s always the attention to detail and service experience that sets the great ones apart.

This hotel is the most beautiful hotel I've ever been. Stayed one night with my wife and we had a lot of fun. It is romantic and calm. The hotel has amazing service as well. The breakfast and dinner are delicious and the prices are great. There is a beach and an area in the middle of the rocks that you can swim. There are also kayaks and paddles to enjoy in the ocean.

Excellent! Our stay at Le Calette for a wedding was truly wonderful! The rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and accommodating, especially my favorite, Salvo! I have celiac disease and their attention to detail to make sure I did not sick was the best I’ve ever experienced! They had so many gluten free options! The water at the rocky beach was wonderful to swim in! The views …….stunning!!!!

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Le Calette I had an incredible stay at Hotel Le Calette. The room was both luxurious and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the sea. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making my stay truly special. Dining at the hotel was a delight, with a fantastic breakfast each morning. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the beach and nearby attractions in Cefalù. Overall, an unforgettable experience—I highly recommend Hotel Le Calette and can’t wait to return!

Le Calette is a wonderful hotel at a 5 star location. Not sure if the amenities are 4/5 stars. Pro: - Beautiful location - Extremely friendly staff at restaurants including reef club - Breakfast is amazing - Service standards of F&B staff are high Con: - I dont think the room amenities justify the high prices. We had a junior suite because we are a family of four (8 and 10 year old kids). The rooms are a bit outdated. We stayed in the old part and this is how it really feels. It feels like all attention is paid to the new part/ 5 star location while we still paid so much money. If you stay in the older part, be prepared for lots of walking and stairs. - there is no shuttle service to the city which surprises me, the walk is quite long and in hot weather not very comfortable especially for kids. - the shuttle service to the beach does not operate on saturday and sundays… - not sure about willingness and friendliness of reception staff. At least not 4/5 stars. - check in time was not respected. Yes we arrived early around 12.30 while check in time was 14.00, we were fine to wait but after 14.30 our room was still not ready and we were left with very impatient kids who wanted to swim:-) also here, if you pay around 900 euro per night I would expect more. Overall so much potential for this hotel! We did have a nice stay and enjoyed the beautiful views, sea and wonderful town of Cefalu!

Probably the best hotel in the nice city of Cefalu. Very good breakfast. The service is just excellent. Rooms are quite small, but we will come back for bigger rooms/suites. Hicham Alaoui Casablanca, Morocco

The hotel corresponds to its high level. Great private beach on the rocks. Good location, servis. A good breakfast should also include Sicilian cuisine, although it is certainly present. A small drawback of the room is the lack of a normal wardrobe. Magnificent bed.
