Cenger Beach Resort Spa - All Inclusive

We arrived to the hotel as a family and all was good from the begging of our arrival, had good time in the clean pool , hotel is clean rooms are also. The food could be better but we are satisfied anyway , waiters in restaurants could be more attentive and could be more care about drink servicing. The best part of the hotel was animation our kids had great fun in kids club so as we are with adult programs , many kind of activities daily for kids and adults , they created memorable moments for us and special thanks to entertainment team.

I went with my boyfriend, it was my first holiday since I was 7 years old! I really enjoyed it staff were lovely with me and my boyfriend and other people that we met, it is a bit of a travel to go anywhere but wasn’t a problem as we got transfers!! Pool cocktail bar was lovely and very friendly, pool was clean and overall it was all clean!! Beds were made for us everyday as well as refilling our fridge and giving us fruit and red wine one night in our room!!! I really recommend

Found the hotel very clean and well located. Our room has been cleaned daily with no issues. The beach is very close and only walking distances. My 4 year old daughter has really enjoyed her stay and the kids club and the kids disco at night. We have really enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend and also return.

The only good point of the holiday is that our bedrooms were clean and the maid was lovely. As for the rest, the food was disgusting, we had to hire a car to get to the nearest town to get food! One single cleaner for the pool area, I’m sure he tried his best but I had to remove rubbish and clean the tables by the loungers myself every morning. The hotel doesn’t favour the English. German and Russian guests we treated with favour. They could hardly bring it to themselves to serve us! Cocktails with contempt is not what I paid for! Disgusting, such poor service and behaviour! If was my first time in Turkey and that hotel has given me PTSD!

Okay but wouldn’t book again. There’s too many other hotels to choose from in the area. The hotel manager is a nice gentleman but the hotel needs improvements. Pros; Beach is nearby & gorgeous. Rooms were good, clean but we didn’t touch the water/ drinks in the refrigerator in the room. There were some okay options for meals but not the best tasting food. Some of the wait staff were friendly. The hotel was kind enough and gave us an extension on our room on our last day. Cons; Food options were okay but no allergy information! Very unsafe! Worst cocktails I have ever had anywhere. Hotel is far from everything, so costly to get around and tour operators sell you tours that go to expensive bazaars. If you’re adventurous book a taxi and go into the towns. The big bazaars have all the same things at the same prices, but shopping can still be a nice experience. The spa was awful, it smelt one time we went down . The men at the desk were quite rude, trying to sell you overpriced spa packages. No idea why there is a limited time-slot in the morning to collect towels! This hotel could be better if people were invested in giving it some more care and attention.
