Every single thing was planned in detail and delivered in perfect- best quality food, amenities in a hotel and the kindest people- reception, cleaners, kitchen crew. 酒店位於薩拉熱窩市中心核心區域，主幹道邊上（其實主幹道都很小），去景區都可以步行，非常方便。因薩拉熱窩很小，路又窄，不建議開車，步行是最方便的遊覽方式。房間不大，小小的，但是非常乾淨整潔，床上用品也非常舒適，整個酒店的牆都是薩拉熱窩的噴繪圖片，非常有特色，可能也是她叫color inn的原因吧。房間還送了免費的依雲玻璃瓶裝水和睡前小點心，酒店的細節做的非常到位，工作人員很熱情，服務很貼心。早餐很豐盛，肉製品、水果、奶製品品種都很多。來薩拉熱窩，住繽紛酒店是個非常不錯的選擇。酒店後面就是自有的停車場，不知道咋回事，我們提前電話預約和到現場，都説不能停，雖然工作人員很耐心的跟我們解釋了，可能是語言方面的原因吧。不過，最終還是通過攜程順利解決了免費停車的問題。

酒店裡步行街不算遠。停車場免費。房間臨街，隔音效果一般。前台服務人員很友善。打掃衞生的雖然有把子年紀，但是也很客氣。

無與倫比的贊

房間尚可，地理位置一般，離開老城區有段距離不算近，床上床單有污漬，最不滿意的是停車：我們一共預訂了兩間房間，有2輛車，之前看到寫的是免費停車。但是到了之後前台説有四個車位被別人預訂了，然後盤算了半天説可以給我停兩輛車，但當我們停好後又説衹能停一輛了，OK，過了一會兒我們準備開車出去吃飯，又跟我們説一輛都不能停讓我們停到旁邊商場去。。。做為酒店住店客人不給我們解決車位問題害得我們找停車庫來回兜了半小時。。。還好後來跟攜程協商解決了外面停車的費用問題，但是浪費了時間和精力，影響出遊心情！

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; I can confidently say it was the most well-organized hotel we've ever stayed in. The treats left in our room for the holiday were a thoughtful and kind gesture. As a family, we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The room was exactly as we had booked through Booking, which made us feel even more comfortable and reassured. The breakfast was not only delicious but also quite varied. The prices at the minibar were nearly the same as those of nearby cafés. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the city center, and the availability of parking (with reservation) was a great convenience. What impressed us the most was the warm, polite, and professional attitude of all the staff. We would also like to extend our special thanks to Ana, who carefully managed our entire booking process through Booking, seamlessly arranged our airport transfer, and was always there for us with her support.

This hotel is 5*+. A superb time in Sarajevo, staying at Colors Inn - fantastic and faultless service, with staff going above and beyond to make my solo trip special. Handwritten welcome notes, complimentary drinks and chocolate box on arrival, and excellent local knowledge - above all, exceptionally friendly and charming. For the price I paid, the room amazed me with the fab size and amenities - as well as the rooftop balcony with stunning views over the city. Within a 5min walk of the city centre, shopping, restaurants and nightlife, and old town. The breakfast was excellent - and certainly one of the best hotel buffets I've seen. This hotel felt like home away from home, and I can't wait to stay here on my next trip to Sarajevo. 10/10 on all fronts - would highly recommend.

Superb hotel in a convenient area. Staff were all friendly, room 305 was great with comfy bed, bathroom clean. Lots of little thoughtful extras, we had a box of biscuits in the room on arrival and a few nice touches in the bathroom such as a pack of tissues, make up remover wipes and stain removal pads. The breakfast is wonderful, plenty of choices for both hot and cold food, menu changed daily, Staff happy for us to leave our luggage on our final day. Would definitely stay here if I return to Sarajevo! Absolutely no negatives at all!
