Grand Savero Hotel Bogor recensioner

Very happy with the Hotel and the room that we stayed in, we booked the deluxe twin bed and they upgraded our room with the bigger size. We also requested a quiet and nonsmoking room which is we are happy with what we got. They just need to upgrade the towel cause it’s looks old already and do the maintenance of the furniture inside the room cause some of their chair have lots of stains. Breakfast menu not bad, lots of options. Just need to check the plates some of them they didn’t wash properly.  Location it’s superb, very convenient to go here and there. Staff very friendly. Most of all we don’t mind to go back to stay in that Hotel again.  Thank you for your hospitality. Kind Regards  Rina

Nice to stay,the location really closed to Kebun Raya Bogor. The staff very helpful. The amenities is ok. And I really love the breakfast. Definitely 💯 will be back again when back to Bogor

Very good location, close to kebun raya and mal, so its not so dif to get food even in rainy day. The swimming pool also indoor then we dnt to worry about sunburn or even rain. There are also cooking class n little barista class for kids.

Nice and great location

The towel is too old looks like it did not clean properly. There no refrigerator in the room. There are ants in the room,the laundry service is very bad. The breakfast choices is very bad,the food is not hot, only the eggs and coffee is hot.

Good hotel with Kebun Raya’s Bogor view, good indoor swimming pool. Overall we joy stay at Grand Savero Hotel

The hotel is a bit old. Rooms and facilities needed to be refreshed. The room facing the botanical garden is not well soundproofed. The location and services are good.

Not very clean and neighbors are bit noisy, but just it is ok to stay.
