1 terrible we paid for breakfast additional amount while booking but yesterday was not much option today there was no buffee breakfast in hotel. There was no breakfast available so what images do u want me to update. U can check from your end with hotel directly. U need to return back my breakfast charges in same account because yesterday was no choice and today it was not available so i did my breakfast outside.

The beds are comfortable, but pillows a bit on the hard side. Now the negatives, certainly not 4 star, 2 star at best. Shower pressure is non existent, chair in room bent, refrigerator smelled, lead on kettle base frayed! Smoke detectors covered throughout building!Breakfast area inadequate AC , but the staff are attentive. Bring your own iron, as only one in the hotel, and that had a join in the flex. Lastly booked a Tempo Traveller for onward journey, paid premium and got a very old model.

Good value hotel but definitely not four star! Room was comfortable but not the cleanest. Staff were quick to respond for example came and dealt with ants immediately. Location is very busy but room was pretty quiet and air conditioning was effective.

It was clean, but a bit shabby for what was supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Staff disinterested, although friendly - except when it came to helping us get a very expensive taxi ride to Jaipur through their agent! Breakfast was nice. But it was a relatively expensive hotel for what it was worth - sorry! We thought the location was a bit rough. Loud cleaning going on above us late at night. We are at a loss to see why Indian visitors left glowing reports when this is clearly not a great operation in many ways. In the reviews, most foreign guests didn't like it. But most Indians thought it was wonderful ...... mysterious!

Third grade room. No water in shower, i had to go to other room for bath. Breakfast variety and quality bothe bad.

I hope they add a clothes rack or hanging in the bathroom, as there was no space to hang our clothes while taking bath. Everything else was good, for the amount we paid.

I am very unhappy about selection of the hotel. You had stated it as 4 star but actually a 2 star one and not matching with the photos given. Regarding service people were rude service very slow room service not responding and no neatness at all. Towels were smelly and dirty. We were asked to go out for breakfast which was very annoying and we have travelledto so many places but never have faced such a treatment. Moreover had charged and oddper night
