Rooms were big, clean and fresh. Food was also good. The hotel is overall clean and location is good

Hotel room had no window and despite having rooms with balconies we were not allotted any such room. We opted for the highest variant room and no complementary tea/coffee was given to us though it was mentioned in make my trip while booking the room. No discount was given on the food that we had even though the same was mentioned while booking. Last but not the least the room’s ac didn’t work properly.

Location was good with adequate parking. Rooms were good but amenities in the rooms were not good. Locker was not functional. Tv programmes were difficult to watch. Food definitely needs improvement especially breakfast both in terms of quality variety and service.

Clean and well organized rooms. Restaurant food was good and excellent services. We had booked three rooms for our official visit for our office colleagues and guest. All of us had a pleasant stay.

Location is great, food and amenities were perfect. However, the quality of shampoo and body wash was pathetic. There was no moisturiser given considering it’s a 4 star property. I have earlier stayed with multiple park inn hotels.

The hotel is at a great location point and is very well maintained. The staffs are very polite and they help out with your every ask. Everyday cleaning service is provided. A must stay visit !

Property is good. We had taken room including breakfast for 3days and 4 nights. The varieties were different each day. We had dinner (non-veg) and the taste and also the quantity was good. Unfortunately, there was sudden leakage in the sink of the bathroom on the 3rd day which could not be rectified the same day as the plumber was not available. However, we had checkout the next day.

The hotel is newly built and may be the best in the karol bagh area at this price. Rooms are clean. But some amenities are missing as shown on mmt. Haven't tried food.

Located in a very crowded area, rooms are good for the price charged. Both shower gel n shampoo dispenser had liquid soap, was not replaced even after reminder.
