Had booked 3 separate "standard rooms with free wi-fi" for 3 guests from 12 jun e to 15 jun e (3 nigh. First guest (in his 40s) had to check in on 12 jun e afternoon and other 2 guests (in their late 60s/early 70s) at 5 am on 13 june. We paid fully from 12 jun e to 15 jun e 2022 First guest checked in on 12 jun e afternoon and found out that the rooms were smelling of gutter, ac was not working, wi-fi was not functioning. He complained about it to the hotel. The hotel said that they cannot do anything with the smell and wi-fi is strong in some other place and the window ac will be repaired. The guest kept following up and figured out that this is unlivable for them. He asked for refund of the amount paid so that we could book in another place. The hotel guys did not address the issues and flatly refused to refund even 1 rupee out of paid to them for 3 days. After failing to convince them, the guest had to check out of the hotel on the same day (12 june) and book another hotel so that 3 of them can stay from 12 jun e to 15 jun e 2022. This hotel is the worst hotel that we have booked - both in terms of facilities and attitude of the owners / staff. I had to pay in another hotel. help in getting a refund.
