COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE , TERRIBLE HOTEL Very very dirty, cockroaches on the bed during night. No hot water. They close the A/C, you have to ask them to turn it on. The room is a SCAM, totally different from how it looks like from pictures. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Very good

Very good located right in the middle of the City. The room Was nice and clean and the Staff was also very helpful and nice.

Affreux Nous y avons passé 2 nuits dans deux chambres différentes. La climatisation marche quand elle veut, la douche est dégoûtante, les toilettes ne sont pas lavés il y a encore du pipi dessus, les draps sont sales, les têtes d’oreiller sont retournées et non changées, tous est en mauvais état, la fenêtre ne ferme pas : résultat nous n’avons pas dormi entre les chiens et les Klaxons de voiture.  Je ne conseil pas du tout. Nous avons essayé d’annuler la deuxième nuit mais le patron voulait quand même nous la faire payer sans rien savoir. Donc nous avons enduré ça un deuxième jour.

トランジットに19時間あったので、市街地のこちらのホテルを予約しました。 色々あって、実際には泊まりませんでしたが、フロントのサービスは素晴らしかったです。 前日に電話したら、タクシーの手配もしっかりしてくれました。 また、チェックインの時間前に着いたのに、部屋がまだ空いていなかったので、代わりに数軒隣のホテルを紹介してくれました。 ただ、こちらのお部屋のシャワーが同行者のお気に召さず、キャンセルしたいと伝えたところ、元のホテルの部屋を急いで掃除してくれることになりました。 しかし、私達の前に使った人がとても汚していたみたいで、部屋の確認に行ってみたところ、掃除にもかなり時間がかかりそうで、まだとてもゴミが落ちていて汚く、その部屋を使いたい気分にはならなかったので、結局宿泊はキャンセルしました。 立地は空港からタクシーで1時間程度のところで、駅までリクシャー等でも近く、観光には便利そうでしたが、 同行者がニューデリーの街に合わず、早々に空港近くまで帰ってきてしまいました。

it was horrible stay, no tower bolt for room door, bathroom door cannot lock from inside, bathroom window is always open, bed roll and pillow are with dirt stain, tv not working, ac will work only on demand that too it will work for 2 hours only. Due to this we check out hotel on next day itself. we haven't demand for any thing coz if we demand also they cannot rectify it. condition is so pathtic

Room cleaning and housekeeping isn't a habit of the Hotel but has to requested again and again, so is the furnisher, toilet fitting very old, untidy and badly working

It was very pleasant and lovely the staff and manager was extremely helpful and friendly , I really enjoyed my stay with them , very cooperative and nice people :)

i was with my family and my 6 month old baby took bath in cold water for 3 days there was no hot water facility in hotel and room cleaner staff very rude behaviour

Not maintained properly. You can find cockroaches in bathroom. Matresses are damaged. Moulds in rooms. Hot water only available on request not available 24 hrs. Most of taps are not working properly.

It was horrible, they charged us extra and gave us a lot of trouble !

Room was available for the customer. But they are not giving us. I have booked through mm t with full payment. During checking they told there is no room available, they are giving room through offline

Too dirty rooms bed sheet pillow covers are torn room service was also worse even after this there no response from hotel staff they all are saying they don’t have bedsheet and pillow covers
