Absolutely the worst. Never make a reservation. I didn't give you the room I booked, so I took you to the hotel next door and checked in. Absolutely the worst facilities and worst service

Was a decent stay, however could be better. Breakfast options could have been better

Very good place. The shower water was not hot at all, but it was ok.

Interior of the hotel is nice enough however it is located down a rather dirty shady alley

Это хороший, достаточно современный отель, что максимально отличается от большинства предложений в этом районе. Номер нормального размера, современно оформленный с удобной кроватью, стабильным кондиционером и wifi. Модный санузел. К сожалению, холодильник в моем номере умер на второй день, но в ваш скорее всего принесут новый, или починят мой. Персонал доброжелательный, помогли вызвать тук-тук до ж/д вокзала во время бури. Что еще написать? Район вокруг то еще адище, но это не вина, а скорее плюс отеля - он как уголок спокойствия среди хаоса. Жаловаться не на что. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель, лучше немного переплатить за нормальные условия, чем мучаться в клоповниках на мейн-базаре.

駅に近く、とても便利でした。部屋はきれいで、お湯が毎回出ました。 到着時にはウェルカムのフルーツとお菓子を頂きました。また、ホテルに戻ったときには、ペットボトルやジュースを渡してくれて、とても親切でした。

チェックアウトの時に請求されたお金がなんなのかいまだに理解できていません

駅から徒歩圏内で立地も良く、スタッフの対応も素晴らしいです。部屋はもちろん綺麗で、シャワーのお湯も温かいです。エアコンの温度調節ができなかったのだけが難点でした。

Good Hotel - Clean , Safe. Charges included Airport pickup and breakfast. Value for Money ! The room is well equipped and also got a welcome hamper. Location wise it is close to New Delhi Railway station making it easy to move across the country.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was varied and had a range of offerings. The day/dinner menu and room service were very good. WIFI worked well in the room and lobby. The location is central and the room we had was quiet.

We stayed for two nights three times in between going off on the Golden Triangle trip and to Nepal. The location is convenient, very near the station but just a tuk-tuk ride or walk from Connaught Place which has plenty of shops and restaurants. It is located in a typical Delhi street but we never felt worried or intimidated. The staff were all fantastic - they looked after our luggage when we went off on trips with smaller bags. When we arrived from England it was very late at night but they still got us drinks and crisps and couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble, including picking us up from the airport which is included in the price. The rooms are a decent size with a nice clean bathroom and shower. A great place to stay in Delhi.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable. The breakfast was good. But it's the staff at the hotel who stand out, as they were all exceptionally nice. Manager Ranjana was especially friendly and helpful, arranging a 3-day Delhi-Jaipur-Agra tour tailored to, and fitting exactly what we need and could afford under a tight schedule. We also liked Narayan, the hotel driver very much, very polite, attentive, and taking good everything during our tour.
