Dari awal masuk disambut ramah, lobby wangi sampe kamar jg wangi, bersih, amenities lengkap, diksh free upgrade kamar. Yg bkin kaget diksh complimentary cookies dan kamar jg dihias. Fasilitas kolam renang luas bkn main. Puas bgt jadinya. Playground jg ada. Anak2 happy bgt disini. Badabest sdh pst next kt akan kesini lg. Oia minus selokan air agak mampet yg ditoiletnya nextnya tolong diperbaiki. overall kt semua happy, Thnks best western kemayoran

The location near is mostly are local poor quarter.it is hard to find good restaurants near but a lot of local street food but not like clean.

Oh my, if you're first time visit, stay away from this hotel. Staffs are very nice and try to help, but the equipment is very old. older than my grandmom's clock. During the fair period, booked a deluxe room, but the A/C wasn't working, after fixing it, the air came out with a burning smell. Finally, agreed to change rooms for me, but I have downgraded to a small room (they call superior room). but at least the A/C works. Stay 4 nights, for the first two nights the electricity is unstable, and keeps popping up. Again, the people who work in this hotel are super nice, but I am very sorry, this will be my first and last time staying in this hotel.

Location is not very good for tourist. The building and room is old and bathroom drain has bad odor. I find it very strange that the staff make a call to my room to promote the restaurant every day during my stay. I will not return to stay as there's better choice in Jakarta.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel with good amenities. If I really have to pick a minor negative point, then perhaps the distance from receptionist to lifts

The hotel is quite old but the room is clean. There is no staff to help us to carry the luggage through the stair from lobby to checkin counter, or maybe because we checked in at night (9pm)
