Stayed here for 3 nights. Good hospitality from the staff. Clean and new hotel. Highly recommended and definitely will stay here if I were to come Jakarta again.

Location is right at agora mall which is a new mall. Everything else was good, love that the hotel is on a very high level. will recommend!

I recently stayed at the newly opened Pan Pacific Hotel Jakarta, and I must say, the experience was a pleasant one overall. The hotel boasts stunning views of the city skyline, offering a perfect backdrop whether you're relaxing in your room or enjoying the shared spaces. The ambiance is elegant yet modern, making it a very nice place to stay, especially for those looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway in the heart of Jakarta. The hotel’s location is also a major plus – strategically situated near various malls and points of interest, it’s perfect for travelers who love to explore the city’s shopping and entertainment offerings. However, there’s room for improvement in terms of guest service and event management. During my stay, several areas of the hotel were inaccessible due to private events, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast café was relocated to a different room to accommodate a private party, and unfortunately, some food items were unavailable due to the temporary setup. While I understand the need to host events, I do hope the hotel will consider better planning to ensure guests are not inconvenienced, especially when paying for a premium experience. That said, I still had a great stay overall, and I believe the hotel has strong potential as it continues to fine-tune its operations. I would definitely recommend Pan Pacific Jakarta, especially for those looking for a new luxury hotel with incredible views and easy access to many of Jakarta’s top attractions.

Service and location is excellent, the breakfast is the best I have and the restaurant is perfect

New hotel, very clean and comfortable room that was well appointed. My room was on the 85th floor! I didn’t use the swimming pool and gym but the facilities looked great. Good service from the reception team, well done!

The service is overwhelming in this hotel, they always very kind, helpful for our traveller. The front desk also very helpful that help me to solve when I out of cash but I need to pay the ehailing fee. They always having a smiling face to every customer. The room also been upgraded for us. The city view in the room is breathtaking so I would strongly recommend this hotel again.

Amazing hotel. It’s super new, rooms are extremely clean. A lot of quality amenities provided. It was quiet, so I was able to have a good sleep. Location is perfect. Will definitely book again!

Excellent hospitality standard. Great view and nice interior. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the stay. One downside is a little bit hard to get taxi/grab/gojek.

Perfect, did it for a birthday, was very warm-welcomed and prepared specially. Pacific Club is a must when you come here, breakfast are as delicious as before.

The cleanliness level is excellent. Unable to find visible dirt on tissue since I have the habit of wiping tables, tv consoles before placing my items. The staff were friendly and lunch at restaurant is reasonably priced and nice. The shampoo is amazing, unfortunately they do not sell them. Please sell them to hotel guests :’)

An excellent hotel. Room was so lovely and spacious. Bed was so comfortable. The view was breathtaking from the 88th floor. Service was impeccable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great. Very convenient. Nearby to the Great Indonesia Mall and also Plaza Indonesia. Breakfast was lovely. Food were all delicious. Would definitely be staying there again if I’m ever in Jakarta.

I definitely enjoyed a fantastic stay at your hotel. My room was exceptionally clean and spacious, offering a stunning view that made my trip even more enjoyable. Beyond the comfortable accommodations, the staff were consistently efficient and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The location is great 5 mins walk to Grand Indonesia and 7 mins to MRT Dukuh Atas and Airport Link Station (Sudirman BNI) The breakfast is good with superb view from 90floor. The staff is attentive. I had the best bubur ayam there. The tea option if from TWG. And the breakfast ala cart menu changes daily. More variety. My room is ay 86 floor. With 2 view. River and city view (city not so much there is another building blocking the view) but the river wiew of which the bed is facing just spectacular. Esp at night.

Newly built apparently. And the rooms are at the upper levels of the building. 80+ to 90 floor. Amazing service. Amazing view. Safe. Breakfast was decent for a 5 star hotel.
