Hotel Lautze Indah has received many negative reviews due to poor cleanliness, outdated facilities, and lackluster service. Rooms are often reported as dirty, with unpleasant odors and inadequate maintenance. The overall atmosphere feels neglected, and customer service is inconsistent. While the location is convenient, the uncomfortable stay outweighs the benefits. Not recommended unless absolutely necessary.

I stayed there for one full day and two nights. You get water and soap/shampoo every day, and they kindly gave me hot water in a thermos and a glass on request. The hotel is in need of renovation, though: the wall painting is cracked, the towels seem worn out, there are holes in the bed sheets. The area is a bit special, but there are a couple of laundry services and convenience stores nearby. For breakfast, I got cold rice on one day (couldn't really eat it) and noodles on another. I'm not too picky, but I would recommend to have breakfast elsewhere.

I really enjoyed staying here! The staff are so friendly! It is in a lovely neighbourhood close to restaurants and the train station is a quick walk away! The main square you can walk too as well if you like walking. I felt safe here as a solo female traveler. Internet was good to do some work and it was quiet at night time. I don’t know what it was but The sachets of shampoo provided made my hair feel so good 😂💕

Very good convenient old hotel. Paid 125K+ taxes rupiah per night, great value. Hot shower too. Extended my stay. Noodles for breakfast was good. (They did not honor breakfast for first booking. Second time I experience in Jakarta.) Most of staff very helpful. Overall best value for money.

Aircon wasn't cold at all. It was so hot in the room.

All the hotel staff including the owner are friendly and helpful. The hotel location is not too bad within walking distance to Transjakarta bus and Sawah Besar train station. Food is readily available nearby and easy to get around by Göjek to all the places of interest. The hotel provide free breakfast and WiFi connectivity.

This hotel is perfect for budget travellers, location is strategically located in the heart of Central Jakarta and a lot of food stalls outside, there's even a laundry shop near to the hotel and very cheap! Probably not the best but my stay here was great! Price is pretty affordable and the staff were lovely and helpful.

Ordinary room, clean but really worth to stay. And I got 2 coupons of breakfast for free. For short term let's say a night it's okay
