The check-in process took place very quickly, with friendly Fo staff directing me to the elevator The extraordinary welcome when I opened the hotel room door, in the form of my photo on the television, then a beautiful fruit platter, was very touching, and I am very grateful for this extraordinary thing spacious rooms, sufficient lighting, there is a work desk, a table for placing food, very clean even the bathroom, classic model cupboards are tall and sturdy, there is a safe for storage, although the bed covers are not slippery, but it is not a problem, standard amenities, water heat, air conditioning, tea maker, smart TV with my favorite channels, everything works well At the end of the year I still have to finish my work, thanks to Mr. Saiful as the hotel Front Office Manager who gave more attention to what I needed that afternoon, fast room service, very good, Tempe Mendoan restaurant menu, fried spring rolls and juice, tasted delicious, to accompany me to work by trying the hotel's smooth wifi New Year's dinner at the Kutai restaurant, 2nd floor, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff in front of the elevator, the table prepared made me feel very cool one of the staff, kindly offered me what I wanted to eat or drink, The food served by Chef Is is varied and delicious (the spices are delicious, not bland), spaghetti, vegetable salad, butter rice, chicken tenpayaki. We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel in central Jakarta for 4 nights during quarantine period, had a great time even if we were isolated as the staff went above and beyond to fulfill all our needs 🙏🏻🔝 We were welcomed at the airport by their nice and kind representative, picked up and dropped to the hotel where we were checked in at the executive suite at the 7th floor ✨ Beautiful location, baby friendly, with great services, facilities and lovely attentive staff!
