Jackpot!! I have gad a good experience during my stay at This hotel. Near to airport and the cleanliness is superb! The staffs are very accommodating. I feel like i stay at 5 stars hotel! Lolll Linen, pillows, blanket, towell are very comfortable and good. Will recommend this hotel to anyone..

The front upon hotel entrance need to be more presentable..lots crack tiles and a lil bit gloomy lighting at night… However, all hotel staff were friendly and helpful, a very good breakfast delicious buffet..and the room quite okay. Another good thing is the strategic location that really near to culinary street..easy to find so many local food…very near to shopping malls.

This hotel is located in the center of everything.. Food etc.. Walking distances.. Rooms are cozy.. Staffs friendly.. Fast check in

Great location. Walking distance to Sarina Mall and Grand Indonesia Mall. Also, that location area is a bit clean and a safe environment. They said they gave us, upgraded room with a locked mini bar fridge. But it was finally opened. However didn't you use anything from there? Rooms are very small. The bathroom is really bad. Not clean enough as well as the shower area glass door not sealed properly. The front desk staff is good. Helpful.

A strategically located hotel. While I stayed at the standard room, the corridor and the room was a bit old, but still retain its functionality so I can't complain. There was also a decent swimming pool. The gym was okay, most equipment worked decently, it just a bit rusty and old. Overall, with the price I paid, it was a nice hotel to stay in

Overall it is good and comfort, but regarding service, both the receptionist and house keeping cannot provide solutions when hotel guests have difficulties. Staying there only enjoys the facilities but will not be able to interact with the services there.

Very friendly staff, I received an early check in! Although the hotel is not new, everything works. During a power cut off a staff member accompanied me to the room in the darkness. Attentive staff in the breakfast restaurant. Nice pool! I recommend
