Hotel is very clean n confortable. Staff are also friendly. Will come again next time.

Receptionist is friendly and service is good. Very fast to check in and we got free upgrade for the room! Room is spacious and very clean, got everything that needed. Housekeeping also very good. Breakfast variations also alot and tasty as well! Just the eggs variety also got 6types to choose. The Kue Pukis is so delicious!! Overall thumb up for the hotel! Thank you for all the staff and services!

Della the reception desk was wonderful. Such a pleasant person for customer relations. She went an extra mile to assist me. The reception is on the first floor, not the ground level where you enter. The hotel is comfortable, offers sufficient breakfast. However, I recommend to purchase coffee separately for 25k. It is much better than the one included. The hotel has sauna, steambath, warm pool and a small gym on 3rd floor. The bed is comfortable, the towels are clean and new.

I was like falling in love with the beautiful Chinese Indonesian lobby stuff at the first sigh,she told me my English speaking is better than other Chinese,and lent me a local charger.Then I came to some malls and shooting club,when I came back,she was off work.If you see this lady, if you're willing to make friends with me,contact me please!

I had a great stay. The location is perfectly situated near the airport, making it incredibly convenient for travel. It was so easy to get to and from the airport. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch, and we felt right at home.

Stay was alright huge rooms and a good option for visits to JIEXPO. Buffet option was really good! Good variety. However the internet was nonexistent. The welcome treat was a nice touch.

Slept here for 1 night and their hospitality is amazing. All of the staffs are very polite and attentive to every request. The location is quite far from main city but still accessible.

We checked in for a day. The price was so good. Check in was a breeze and we got a free upgrade to deluxe premier king with a bigger window. We were only going to be there from 2pm to 9.30pm and it was perfect. Bathroom was spotless too. Think location wise it maybe not walking distance but that’s ok. There was a street food place at 10 minutes walk so that was good. If u catch a gojek though it’s fine and super cheap to go to central area.

Everything was perfect here. Around 1km away from GAMBIR EXPO by gojek! I went to concert at GAMBIR EXPO and stay here. 2x trip in a day return to hotel as it is very near😛 In term of service and hospitality - this hotel was superb! Bfast was so so so good and they served authentic local food for bfast! I had the best bubur pulut hitam here! Enak banget🥹🥹 clean room and worth the price if you book with trip! More discount and coins to be claim/redeem. Thank you trip!!!

At first glance, this hotel gives a solid 4-star impression — the lobby is stylish, the rooms are nicely designed and well-maintained, and the breakfast is quite good. But once you actually stay here, the experience falls short. When we arrived, we were given a room facing the main road and railway on the 10th floor. The noise was constant: traffic, trains honking — every hour or so. The soundproofing is very poor, both from outside and from the hallway. You can hear people yelling, kids running and shouting, and doors slamming loudly day and night. Even if you're careful and try to close the door slowly, it still shuts with a loud bump, which makes it impossible to avoid the constant noise from other rooms. We were later moved to a quieter room on the opposite side of the hotel, which helped a lot with the sleep quality. You can still hear the occasional train horn, but it was far more manageable. The third-floor wellness area — which includes a gym, pool, sauna, and Turkish bath — is unfortunately very chaotic. It’s often packed with kids shouting and playing, making it feel more like a playground than a relaxation space. Staff didn’t intervene or manage the noise during our stay. The gym itself is quite small and dated, with limited equipment (dumbbells only up to 10kg), no mats, and the lat pull-down machine gets stuck. Even the water dispenser didn’t offer cold water, only warm or hot. Bathroom-wise, the toilet is cramped and awkwardly positioned — not ideal for taller guests or men. The A/C also turns off randomly, including during the night, which disrupted our sleep multiple times. On our final morning, after being woken up early by hallway noise again, the staff began working loudly in the room next to ours — dragging furniture, hammering, making noise — with no warning or consideration for nearby guests still trying to sleep. Overall, this hotel puts effort into appearances, but lacks the service, insulation, and atmosphere you'd expect from a real 4-star stay. We wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The reception gave us a smoking room even we don’t smoke. The room has a bad smell. One day before reception sent a note to the room to checkout 12:00. Only the workers in the basement are very nice and helpful to customers!

Hotel near to expo, but still need to take taxi, hotel offer shuttle to expo, but limited space, as only MPV, not bus. Need to take grab to expo. Hotel is clean, but breakfast just ok, not too bad or good. Beside train station, room sound insulation not so good, can hear train running on the track with the gate sound. The concierge service at basement was very good and helpful. But Check in reception slow at the lobby 1st floor.

Room cleanliness seemed ok, however there was a baby cockroach on both nights that I stayed! Killed one and another one appeared the following night 😵💫 The staff was quick to come up and help spray some insecticide and offered a room change. There’s no comb in the room, just the basic toothbrush, toothpaste, body shop and shampoo. Space in the room was ample though.

The hotel was just renovated. All thing was good~ But the location was so so.
