Awful! Don’t Book! If you’re finding a good place stay in Jakarta, Do NOT book this hotel!!! Definitely an awful experience we’ve ever had! The hotel doesn’t look great like their photo provided. Their facilities are old, stained and broken. The sink had cracked and broken, toilet leaked, also their aircon is not functioning. We complained about the issues, they send their staff slowly and no action was taken. Then, until our second complaint to the lobby counter, the staff finally arrived and start checking the facilities. They keep telling us, the facilities were fine and refused to change a room for us. They had started to check the aircon compressor outside, and nothing happened nor fixed, the aircon is still not functioning. The heat striking us, we felt extremely uncomfortable, we went down to complaint the third time, the staff was finally allow us for a room change. The changed room are totally abnormal like the previous. The facilities are the same, old, linen stained and broken. Also, the room is so dim, little lights. We feel so disappointed and upset. Finally we decided to not to stay in this awful hotel, and find another. Please, if you do not want to ruin your holiday or a business trip. Avoid this one!! Rather give a 0 star if I could.

First, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and didn’t seem well-maintained. When I called the receptionist, she sent a staff member who claimed the AC was already at its maximum and that it was cold. I explained that I was sweating while trying to sleep and it definitely wasn’t cold. He left without resolving the issue. I called the reception again to request a room change, and she told me a new room would be ready in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I called again, only to be told I needed to wait another 10 minutes. Finally, she informed me that I would have to use a different lift to reach the same floor. However, when I went down at 11:35 PM, I discovered the new room was actually on the 5th floor. After switching rooms, the same staff member insisted the AC in the new room was working and that it was cold. I decided to try sleeping, but the issue persisted. The staff weren’t very helpful, and this will definitely be my last time staying here.

Room a lot of corcrach and poor breakfast not comfortable to stay not to recommend to other travellers

Good value for money ... with breakfastincluded ... and quiet atmosphere and clean room.

The room is not hygiene.. there’re dust and stain on the floor. Toilet also not clean. AC not cold. The room stated as non smoking room but have cigarette dust holder and smell smoking.. luckily the staffs are helpful and friendly..

The good thing about this hotel is the location since it is near many attractions and restaurants. The price is also affordable but the AC in the room is not good or not functioning well. The pool is not that clean but it is ok....however the main issue I had with the hotel was the average service...they take time to clean the room and once I had to tell them three times since after being out the whole day and arrived back to the hotel to my surprise they didn't even clean or tidy my room even though I turned the housekeeping button on.

overall the hotel good but still need to be improved in terms of the services and cleanness. the ligt in the room also is just too dark. the air conditioning need to be take care of because it’s not really cooling down the room.

Although I stayed one night, I was fully satisfied with this hotel.

it's quite comfortable and the location is perfect. Even though to me personally the cleanliness here isn't the best thing but it's also not dirty just need some improvement on that part.

Gtand chemara has always been my favourite. They responded well but fixing my aircond yakes 2 hours before i can relax. Towel whiteness is 5 out of 10

We have been to this hotel 3 times since it is next to the Embassy of America and in the center. It's a very nice hotel, despite the fact that it's old. Clean and not expensive.

Nice hotel and very comfortable although quite old design and color but i like because not so Busy and a bit quite place

The hotel is old, furniture is old but acceptable. However, the bed sheet smells bad, and worn out. The toilet is bad, water is slow, and leaking… staff was nice. Just that the hotel is really bad. And they dont have iron and hair dryers . So please bring your own.
