Great hotel right in the city center close to many malls. Very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean spacious and well equipped. Just the AC was too cold and couldn’t change the temp. Only switch off. Also to say they have a laundry room that allows you to wash your clothes if needed. All in all a very good place to stay in JKT

Hotel is like a studio apartment. Staff speak good English and are very attentive and always with a smile.

Service was the best, everyone was friendly and they will greet you, when you arrive or leave the hotel. Breakfast was not too bad as well Room was clean and spacious, all properly kept. Amenities were available Room service was prompt also

I recently stayed at Morrissey Hotel in Jakarta and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which really added to the atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was varied and enjoyable, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The room was decent, though it could definitely use some upgrades, especially in terms of the interior. There were far too many light switches, which made it a bit confusing to control the lighting. With a bit of modernisation, the room would be much more comfortable. However, for a short stay, it was adequate. Overall, it’s a good option for a stay in Jakarta, particularly due to the welcoming staff and great breakfast. A few tweaks in the rooms would make it even better!

Its not a 5 star hotel, but its one of the best hotel experiences ive had in a long time. Staff are amazing, the location is central, the facilities are above and beyond what a 4 star hotel should be offering. And the price just makes it all the better. Highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast, clean and comfy room, located in the heart of Jakarta.

Got a bad encounter with an annoying lady who murmured about the long queue self service laundry and shouted at other hotel guests. But the front desk manager handle the case well after launch a complaint about her manners problem. Without this lady my stay here will be perfect.

Morrissey Hotel Residences is my one of my favorite hotel in Jakarta since years. Great location!

Very good.

I like the area, its quiet and at night you can just walk to find coffee and lots of street food. The hotel itself is just nice, not too busy, with many interesting spot for pictures. The service is great, all staff are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the rate is very reasonable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Even though there's still renovation. But it didn't bother us at all. My suggestion is please add more variety in their breakfast menu.

Great location. The hotel is currently under renovation, so one restaurant is down and the other is quite small. The best thing about this hotel is the variety in breakfast options. Other than that, the bed and pillows are quite firm, too firm for my liking. The rooms are old and could need a proper deep cleaning. The couch and bench were full of stains and quite dirty. Wifi worked well, and the hotel Had plenty of restaurants nearby.
