Service is good, they're all very courteous. The bed is comfortable. The aircond is strong. Cleanliness is not bad. The hotel provides a water dispenser Room is small & the wall is thin. We only have problems with the pillow. It's very thin & not comfortable at all. Please have a look into that. Location is not to our desire. It seems like the location is far back at Wahid Hasyim area. However, the area seems clean & bright at night. There are 2 kombinis nearby. Indo Maret is the big ones. And Bangor Burger next to the hotel. Coin laundry is also available right in front of the hotel.

I spent only one night there, it was okay! Friendly staff. No western breakfast, they prepared western omelett for me, thank you again

As a budget hotel, what Dafam Express provide in terms of facilities and services are limited but worthy for those looking for a short stay and budget constraints. Located in the famous Jalan Jaksa, the hotel is suitably good for business.

The room is a quite spacious and clean. The staff were nice and kind. I stayed here for tonights in Ramadan month. They provided dawn meal menu but with limited choice.

Hotel is strategically located with a variety of food around. Alfamaret and indomart is just nwxt door. Towel whiteness is 7 out of 10

Very pleasant stay. Helpful staff. The hotel located near to city area and street food. About half an hour from Soekarno Hatta Airport. For breakfast they provide mini buffet. The food was ok. For room & toilet cleanliness need to be improve. But overall Im satisfied.

when I stayed there was a renovation right next to my room which makes me disturbed at night because I can't sleep

I think this hotel is the best choice for me. The price is really affordable, and the location is really good (there are Alfamart and Indomaret near hotel)

Its all good, it is a new hotel so all facilities still new and clean. Room is small but still good and spacious for 2 person. The location is near to everything, quiet at night but we can hear from other room, so it’s not soundproof.
