I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages—situated right in the heart of the city, it was incredibly convenient for both business meetings and exploring nearby shopping and dining options. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were courteous and professional. My room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you’d expect from a Four Points property. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day. Breakfast was decent, with a variety of local and international dishes, though the selection could be a bit more varied for longer stays. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made working remotely easy. Overall, Four Points Jakarta Thamrin offers good value for money, especially if you're looking for a centrally located, no-fuss hotel with dependable service. I’d recommend it for business travelers or short stays in the city.

Hotel currently under renovation so can be noisy and dusty.  Building seems retrofitted so looks a little old.  Faces busy main road so can get quite noisy even with ear plugs provided by hotel.  Breakfast selection is limited.  Overall, service above average but infrastructure below.

Very good location, clean room, good breakfast, friendly staffs. Overall consider satisfied with my stay here although the hotel is under going with renovation work.

The services at the hotel were excellent. We enjoyed the fitness facilities and dinner offerings, which were both of high quality. The staff were exceptionally welcoming—their smiles were like sunshine, and it was evident that they are well-trained and dedicated to providing a positive guest experience. However, I was not entirely satisfied with the room. It had a large pillar in the middle, which was inconvenient and affected the overall layout. Additionally, the room was quite noisy throughout the day and night due to heavy traffic outside the windows. To make matters worse, it seemed that part of the hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay, and the constant noise from electric hammers was disruptive and made it difficult to relax. Despite these issues, I was so impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff that I convinced two of my colleagues to switch to your hotel for their stay. The well-trained team truly made a difference and left a lasting positive impression.

Room is good. Just still under construction so a bit noise. However, they provide the earplug. Overall good stay at this hotel.

3/5 for facility as they don't have an outdoor bar/ cafe. Apart from that, best ever stay by far. Customer service is better than 5 out of 5!! Valen, Nana, Yola and team... thank for looking after me for the 4 nights there. Will be back!

very friendly and helpful staff. good location, very near to Tanah Abang and Sarinah. Love the breakfast, lots of varieties and taste good. Also walking distance to shopping mall. Good facilities and very clean.

The room was clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed with practical touches like a comfortable work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and an excellent mattress that provided restful sleep. Although not large, the space was cleverly utilized, and the city views added a nice urban charm. Amenities like complimentary bottled water, a coffee maker, and a spacious bathroom with quality toiletries were appreciated. Facilities: While the property is more business-focused and compact compared to larger luxury hotels, it still offers everything essential for a pleasant stay. The fitness center was small but well-equipped with modern machines, ideal for a quick workout. There is also a stylish restaurant and a cozy bar area perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. Dining: Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was impressive, featuring a good spread of both Indonesian and Western options. Everything was fresh and replenished frequently. I also appreciated the made-to-order egg station and the availability of local dishes, which gave the breakfast an authentic touch. In-room dining was quick and the food quality was above expectations. Staff Service: The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were genuinely courteous, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. Whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant, every interaction was met with warm smiles and efficient service, enhancing the overall guest experience. Location: The location of Four Points Jakarta is one of its strongest points. Situated right in Thamrin, the hotel offers easy access to major malls like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, as well as numerous office buildings. Public transportation options are also nearby, making it extremely convenient to navigate the city. Overall Impression: Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin delivers fantastic value with its strategic location, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and reliable amenities. It’s ideal for business travelers needing proximity to Jakarta’s CBD, as well as tourists looking for a well-connected base in the city. The service was fantastic, and people were so polite. This is the service all hotels should strive for.

Good location, good breakfast, good service. However, the hotel is noisy from the traffic outside, as it locates next to the main road.

We had a few issues with our room this time. The pillar located at the edge of the bed made it inconvenient to move around, and the proximity to the toilet was a bit of a challenge. Additionally, we noticed that the linen and towels had an unpleasant odor. We hope that you can improve the cleanliness and hygiene standards in the rooms to provide a more comfortable stay for your guests."

Location is good, but inaccessibility with odd-ehven restriction. Cleanness has not been good. Hotel needs renovation. Staff service was very good. Rooms facing the Main Street are very noisy. Lower than expected indeed.

Amazing service at the hotel. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. The hotel has smoking rooms, so in the non-smoking rooms, you can still get a light scent of cigarette smoke. Very good options for the breakfast buffet was really good. Something for everyone.
