Booked via Trip.com for a 3 bedroom premier for 6 days 5 nights. We had a wonderful stay with Ascott Jakarta. Their rooms were clean, tidy and very spacious. Perfect location close to Thamrin mall, Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia, with security always at the hotel entrance which made me feel much safer. However Buffet Breakfast wasn't that fantastic. Meanwhile the housekeeping team who make up our rooms daily is a GEM. All room amenities have been replanished and they make our bed so clean and tidy Last but not least, staff were all friendly.

Room was spacious. Here meant it very, very very spacious (imagine you stay in service apartment kind) where insdie the room there is kitchen with all the utilities. Location is good with just 1 minute cross road to Grand Indonesia and Tamrin and 5 minute walk to the attraction of the metropolitan city.

We stayed in Aston due to its close proximity to Gambir Station, where we were taking the panoramic train to Bandung. What we loved about the hotel is it’s adjacent to a mall where we had our dinner. There’s also several banks behind the hotel we withdrew our funds and a convenience store (Indomaret) for snacks. The only downside is it’s quite a distance from the airport (about 1 hour plus drive due to the traffic).

Our family enjoyed a comfortable 2-nights stay in a spacious Premier Two-Bedroom apartment at Ascott Jakarta during our recent trip. The fully equipped kitchen and ample living space were spacious for our needs. We brought with us a wheelchair, total of 10 luggages and bags so we need ample space to open and arranging our stuffs. Ascott Jakarta’s location is PERFECT! just behind Grand Indonesia Mall and adjacent to Thamrin City Mall, and close to Plaza Indonesia. Excellent access for us who like shopping & dining at the mall. Amenities like the outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi, and even hotel spa added to our convenience. Overall, Ascott Jakarta provided a pleasant and convenient base for our family trip.

Have a Great stay at ascott Jakarta. Strategic location. Friendly staff and tiptop service. Definitely will return back here. Recomended for stay.

+s: • Located in between Grand Indonesia & Thamrin City Mall, there is also a convenience store just outside of the hotel, next to the hotel’s restaurant. • The customer service was excellent from all of the staff (security to main entrance to reception to housekeeping). • Our initial room had issue with electricity so we inquired if it is possible to change our room. They offered us a bigger room! Highly recommended!

First time in the heart of Jakarta and we had a great stay in Ascot Jakarta. Strategically located at central of Jakarta, walking distance to must-go places :) will come back again with family

We book an apartment with 2 room complete with washer, kitchen etc..big apartment for 4. Staff is good and walking distance to Thamrin City And Grand Indonesia. Choice of Halal food is many since Indonesia is one of the largest muslim countries.

Location and services all good. Breakfast can add more variaties but service still good. The 3 br room very spacious and comfortable and clean. The bath towel can be inproved by make it bigger size in future.

We stayed at 2 bedrooms for 3 nights and it was very pleasant experience from the frontline staffs very friendly, housekeeping services excellent and others also helpful. The breakfast spreads are standard and basic , swimming pool not really kids friendly only small section for kids below 12year old . Kids playroom also we hope it's open.Location wise next to Grand Indonesia, opposite to Plaza Indonesia and very next to Thamrin city all within walking distances. Transport are by Grab/Silverbird/bajai/gojek very convenient. But distance to next MRT station to Bundaran HI around 3-4 km . Otherwise we would repeat again to stay here and recommend if you're looking suitable room for family.

Locationwise is so strategic for those who like to shop as this hotel located walking distance to 3 famous shopping centre in Jakarta. Room is clean, amenities such as pool, gym and sauna also well maintained and staff here is all so friendly! Thank you Ascott, it was a great stay. Would recommend!

Ascott Jakarta is in a prime location, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. A few minutes walk to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia. The hotel features an old English-style interior, which gives it a classic vibe. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge and cooking essentials—perfect for longer stays. Toileteries, towels, slippers are also available in the rooms. This hotel is a pet-friendly, as I saw someone with a puppy during my visit. I hope Ascott did separating rooms specifically for guests with pets. The lobby is on the smaller side, but it’s acceptable since it's not overly crowded. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Overall, a comfortable and practical choice for both short and extended stays.
