Central location , cozy place. Chinese restraunt is good and quiet. Bagwan Solo breakfast is also nice.

Room is truly spacious, this time I stayed on thr 3rd floor with swimming pool access which would be nice if I can mange time to enjoy the pool.

Amazing location. Only down side might be a misleading entrance when the main gate closes at night. Else the rest is good. Breakfast is good, room is amazing, service is quite on point too very professional and friendly. Will surely come again if I am here to enjoy Jakarta city.

As a 5stars hotel, I think it is a little bit overpriced, the hotel is relatively old. But, it is very clean. If you like a citylight view, you may like this hotel, but if you bring your own cars, just prepare to deal with the heavy traffic. Fortunatley it is very near to public transport like MRT.

Old property in good location. Lacks current conviences like syncronised lift , international sockets , makpower to answer calls etc. They were unable to provide power adaptors when asked. From room unable to connect with housekeeping, reception , duty manager etc. Only was able to get through to operator on number 0. Breakfast average with limited repetitive options. Not a good choice for business traveller

Disappointing. Room only one power socket hidden behind low bed table, besides the kettle power socket. Couldn't find the power socket until told by the reception its behind the bedside table. Asked 3 times for power adapter, they said ran out, said they will find and call me but didn't. Internet down the whole time, staff said under maintenance. Not a good experience, will be my last time at Sahid.

unfortunately did not meet my expectations in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. The property appeared outdated, and it was evident that upkeep was not a priority. Most concerning was the discovery of a cockroach in my room, which significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. Despite the hotel having low occupancy, I was disappointed to find that my request to change rooms was not accommodated. This lack of flexibility and concern for guest comfort is unacceptable, particularly in light of the issues encountered. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that measures are implemented to address these concerns, ensuring a more pleasant and hygienic environment for future guests.

Pros: - good location, vicinity to MRT and easy to get around - good price, compared to other 5 stars hotel in the area, price can be lower by 50% vs. Others - decent room, size for deluxe is 31m2 which is sufficient. Twin bed can easily fit 2 adults & 2 small kids Cons: - breakfast service, they basically ran out of spoon, fork, glass, cup, milk, cereals, strawberries for fondue, dimsum (yes that specific) and took +10 min to refill. Basically the dimsum was just refilled by 6 pcs each time and one person can take up to 4 pcs so I got unlucky and the person in front of me finished the whole hut. Also, at some point I had to complaint 3x to a waiter to get me the cup for the tea. - Poorly scheduled maintenance. Seriously why do you have to reapply the thinner in your hotel exactly at the peak season (30,31 dec). Like, why???? Smells are everywhere and it could honestly have been done other times. Adding a side note w.r.t new year event: The hotel did a good job in making the most of the festivities, namely: 1. Movie marathon for kids on the 31st, they set up a big screen, with free pop corn and cotton candy, bean bag, and PS 3 2. Breakfast on 1st Jan was special, a LOT of varieties and really good taste (good job!), amongst the dishes are Salmon en croute, pecking duck, tom yum, salmon sashimi, lobster, etc. 3. Nice little surprise of complimentary chocolate ball delivered to our room as new year gift I would RECOMMEND this hotel for its VALUE FOR MONEY and STAY HERE DURING FESTIVE EVENTS. But the hotel need improvements for their services on regular basis
