Cool Living recensioner

Overall is good but the studio single room a bit small and the bed is small too, not a super- single size bed. I was not allowed to check in despite arrived at around 11am as the room is not ready. For breakfast, the chef cooked vege fried rice for me upon requested as I am a vegan. 

The room is clean. Suitable for backpackers.

I found this place to be safe for solo female traveler. The room looks smaller than shown in the picture. Maybe it was taken from .5x camera. It almost feels like a capsule hotel and is the size of a dorm room. The room was neat and clean except the sheets always had some kind of stains, and there’s almost always ants around the wooden shelves ( especially if you eat in the room, but they were there even before that ) The bathroom is tidy and all necessary toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower gel and towels were provided. I am a vegan so the breakfast for the first 3 days when senior chef was there was really great for me. The chef made tempeh orek and another traditional Indonesian dish. However the last 2 days when another chef was present they literally had nothing vegan. One day they made me vegetables and rice and other day vegetable soup and rice. Since the rooms don’t have soundproofing, it gets noisy at night with people coming up or down or in and out of their rooms. Location wise it’s great. Grand Indonesia mall was nearby and the place is close to many eateries and alfamart. The staff is friendly and helpful and professional.

Comfortable

Great stay at Cool Living kebon kacang. Reception people are nice and helpful. Andy and the rest of the team were attentive as well. Room was clean with towels and basic amenities. Also, it's good to have a restaurant at rooftop level 4.

It's a really fun and cozy place to stay at in jakarta. Convenient and not difficult to find. The crew and security are great to chat with, and you might discover their hidden talents like writing music and playing the guitar

The location is excellent, but the room feels a bit too small for my preference. It’s sufficient if you just need a place to sleep for the night, but the limited space makes it difficult to do much else. That said, I appreciate the musolla provided, so there's no need to worry about finding space for prayers. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay.

This is my second time. Bagus banget, price is very affordable, close to Tanah Abang and Plaza Indonesia. Di lantai atas bisa lihat Kota Jakarta. Kerennn!

Our stay in the Cool Living Hotel was good. The location was fairly central. The building itself was bright and modern and so were the rooms. But the room we stayed in was so so tiny! 2 people with luggage could barely fit into the room - allowing not too much movement. But it worked out somehow. The room got serviced every day but hygiene was just okay, not perfect. After just a short shower the whole bathroom was flooded. Also there was barely warm/hot water. But no problem to the anyways quite warm water in Jakarta. The sheets had stains on them but no animals whatsoever. The Hotel has a nice rooftop where you can also get good food for a reasonable price. All in all we were happy with the stay but wished for a bit more space and hygiene.

Clean room and properties. Room : So tiny for 2 ppl with luggage even double-bed room. No window. Wifi is fast but need to login every time come back to room. Couldn’t use hot shower. Even cold shower was stopped at all sometimes.

About 10 minutes away from holiday inn express. Room is slightly cramp, similar to capsule hotel, just with your own personal space.

The room is small, enough for one. Everything is ooookay, would appreciate if they would thoroughly clean the bathroom walls. The only issue I had was with the shower, the shower head holder was falling apart, water pressure wasn’t strong.

Great location in the Jakarta Central. Room just nice for 2 person. Receptionist is helpful. Con: Free breakfast was horrendous. Maybe hotel should prepare basic breakfast with complete dishes than cooked food but it’s tasteless.

The room is too small. Just like a japan tiny room/house. When i entered the room, i take 3 steps then thats it. Add another One step to the toilet. Your steps is limited in this room. If you are a muslim, your prayer mat is the mattress for real. :D Location is okay. Near to every mall like sarinah, thamrin city, etc. Bathroom not okay for room 305, the drainage system soooo bad and kinda dirty. I requested to change room the next day as the water still there even it has been few hours after taking a shower.
