Spacious! Clean! Super big balcony that we loved! Bath tubs! Allow grab orders for food! Breakfast was terrible! Better go out for food or grab in.

Located in a convenient location with a lot amenities nearby. Room is spacious and comfortable. Clean and tidy. However when I was there the hotel was going through renovations for their lobby cafe, this breakfast was at one of the function room. Breakfast selections are not that fancy but sufficient. Got a room with balcony for me.

The trip was for WOC and the location of the hotel is really close to the JCC. The facilities are all very nice but closes at 9 pm which is a bit too early for us since we didn't get a lot of chances to use the pool, sauna and others.

Spacious room but unable to request for extra bed. Quite contradicting with the details provided in the apps. Breakfast is so-so. Refilling of breakfast menu was a bit slow. Brealfast area can be more fulfilling with a bit of decoration and look a little more pleasant. Hotel location is good. A lot of amenities nearby. Good food all around.

Location is terrible. Sounds from a nearby place of worship can continue well into the night until midnight. Location is hard to access with frequent traffic jams and also taxis are hard to get. Service is also bad with the staff not eager to help with issues such as getting transportation.

The hotel is close to SCBD, but the overall surrounding environment is noisy. After checking in on the first night, I didn't want to be disturbed, so I chose the do not disturb light. However, in the afternoon, the hotel front desk and service staff kept ringing the doorbell to confirm whether I needed to clean the room (I was still in a meeting at the time btw). I am not sure whether this service function is effective in this hotel. The hotel itself is relatively new, but the quilt and pillow have a strong smell of disinfectant. When I woke up the next day, I asked about my clothes and they were all stained with this smell. My colleague and I live in the same hotel. His room type is very poor, but it has a washing machine. I got a superior room type, but there is no washing machine. I went to the front desk to ask if I could change to a room with a washing machine. The hotel asked me to pay extra to upgrade, otherwise I had to go to the self-service laundry room (btw, the washing machine in the self-service laundry room is really dirty, with many black spots, and no one cleans it). What I don't understand the most is that the colleagues who moved in later also encountered this problem. The hotel said that they could change rooms. This is differential treatment. Ascott's service is really speechless. I am still a platinum member. It is really a useless membership experience

I like the room spacious and nice design, very happy got the free upgrade of the room, will definitely book again if come to Jakarta.

I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel exceeded my expectations. But there are points to improve on so I could only give 4 stars: • Towels are old and becoming gray. They need to be replaced. • Ground floor amenities are under construction and could not be used. • Signs indicating that the breakfast room was moved to the mezzanine were not easily visible. • A friend’s key would not work because the lock was low-bat. We had to run down to the front desk twice to get inside the room.

Always convenient and comfortable

Booked 2 bdrms classic for 2 nights. Everything went smoothly from arrival til our departure. Although the hotel was fully booked, they still managed to serve us nicely. Well done!!. Definitely will come back in the near future.
