Walking distance to Sunway carnival mall- a rather big and happening mall good for family. We just stayed at this hotel for a night in order to catch an early morning train back to KL. Amenities wise please bring own hair conditioner- the conditioning shampoo is bad.

Great cleanliness. Comfortable bed and pillow to rest. Just a bit disappointed with the room service restaurant. Not so many choice of food can be choose for breakfast.

Great location! local market, sunway carnival mall, Billion shopping centre, medical centre, government clinic, f&b, temple of worships all just within walking distance. ample of parking but without cover. You will be getting wet when walk to take your car during rainy day. Free parking and must be validate your card every time before go out. The room is clean. Book & requested for an extra bed(within RM100 per night), pay at hotel when check-in.

A little old but still well-maintained hotel room. It's near to a shopping center - Sunway carnival mall as well as a hypermarket

Overall it's a great experience! I requested for connecting rooms and we got it instantly. Had some problems with our room access card and the staffs also responded and attended the problem very quick. The stay was very comfortable and satisfactory. The hotel location is also very near to halal restaurants around, very easy to just walk nearby.

Great location and well managed. The hotel was a bit aged, but the bed and the pillow are comfortable. The only down side is the towel provided has stain on it. They might consider change a new set of towels

I enjoyed my stay at Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. The only downside was that the room could use a bit of updating. Overall, a solid choice for a pleasant stay.

My mom has mobility issues and we requested for a chair to be placed in the toilet for her to shower, the staff is quick to attend to our request and offer us a plastic chair that has back support. Perfect solution for her. Thank you!

Stayed here for business trip. Location is perfectly strategic. Walking distance to so many choices of restaurants, Billion supermarket and Sunway Carnival mall. Breakfast buffet was decent. Overall, i'm very satisfied.
