Majorca Apartments by Bon Hotels

The worst accommodation I have stayed at in years. Photos provided. Booked and paid upfront for a week.3 bed top floor apartment Rooms were filthy. Furniture was soiled and worn. Skirting board filthy broken and missing and covered in muck Outside balcony large but chipped furniture. Windows with tape hanging off them. Barbecue would probably kill you with the filth left on it from previous use.. My wife cleaned the apartment when we arrived as we had a week pre paid but we never felt comfortable touching anything in the rooms etc. The light switches were disgusting, never cleaned and broken covers. We are well travelled and always come prepared for grotty accommodation with cleaning products.. but this one was one of the worst. When the maid attended she possibly brushed the floor..left towels.. but nothing to deep clean or attention to detail.. A lot of the grotty pictures or ornaments would be better removed rather than leaving them dirty and broken in the room. I would not recommend this accommodation. I read the reviews as always and booked on there positive reports.. but they are for from our experience.

Insects all over the room ,the cleaners were not vacuuming the place and no clean sheets and pillows disgusting 😑

Change air conditioning Fix TV I don't know what else you want me to say, other than getting the unit up to an acceptable standard for the amount of money paid
