Residence Oliveto

We stayed 5 nights at Residence Oliveto and it wasn't long enough. We loved this place. We stayed in a superior Gardenia apartment as a family of 4. The children had a good double sofa bed in the lounge and we had a good sized bed in our bedroom. The air conditioning was very good. The rooms are well maintained and modern. We were able to request clean towels and bedding at no additional charge. We had a large balcony with a view of the swimming pool and partial sea view. The hotel itself is lovely. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Thank you to the two ladies on the bar who made me my daily Portofino Gin & Tonic. They went out of the way to make us feel relaxed and made a fuss of the children. The food and drink prices are very reasonable. Our children enjoyed the kids club. They also enjoyed the ping pong table, football pitch and Tennis courts. There is also an indoor children's play area. We all loved the large and recently refurbishedsl saltwater swimming pool. It is particularly great for diving due to the depth at the top end of the pool. We both commented on how well maintained the area was - we constantly saw the staff working tirelessly to keep the place clean and tidy. The hotel is conveniently located. We travelled from France, and the train station was a 10 minute walk to and from the hotel. The beach was a 5 minute walk with lots of great restaurants. Bars and shops to choose from. There is a shop, pizza takeaway, a fabulous patisserie & boulangerie just down the road. We took the children to the aquapark which was approx a 20 minute walk (uphill). It was a fun day out and views were gorgeous. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend the hotel to people. We would definitely like to come back here in the future.

Very good location, close to the beach and city center. Nice swimming pool for kids and adults. Apartments very good- some apartments have view on swimming pool and green area and some are located at the parking or street area. Apartments from parking area has large balconies. Very good bar with reasonable prices- excellent aperol spritz. Very helpful staff, nice and neat reception area with places for rest and relax. You need to remember that room service does not include garbage bags and toilet stuff. Free parking available but not guaranteed, paid parking available and not expensive - 10 EUR/day.

Close to the beach (5 min walk) and with a large salt water pool at the property. The studio appartment was nicely equipped and very comfortable.

Our norwegian group of cycklists stayed at Residence Oliveto from 29/4-6/5. We have been here many times during the years and as always it was a pleasure to be here. Erika and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpsome to their guests. And Erika was very helpsome to make reservations for top restaurants in the area. Thank´s :) A very nice apartment hotel at a good loccation. The first impression when arrival is very good. A big swimming pool is at our diposal after some hour at the bike. The also serve a great breakfast with everthing a cycklist needs! Thank´s Erika and the rest of the staff. Have a nice summer. We will be back, Tom

Ho trascorso qualche giorno in questo residence con mio marito Alla prima impressione gli spazi comuni ,la hall e la piscina molto accoglienti e ben presentati ma il monolocale in cui abbiamo soggiornato davvero deludente,tutto è rimasto datato agli anni 70 ,dall' angolo cottura ai serramenti,pavimenti ecc ma cosa ancora peggio l'insonorizzazione delle camere inesistente (si sentiva la TV del vicino come fosse la nostra) e i servizi essenziali (l' acqua sanitaria poco calda, addirittura senza avere la possibilità una sera di poter lavare i capelli perché tiepida). Purtroppo non consiglio questa struttura neanche per un weekend.

Tutto perfetto . Come sempre. Vicino al centro di ceriale . Si trova posteggio facilmente a tutte le ore. Ottima vacanza

Personale molto gentile, simpatico e molto professionale. Piscina stupenda peccato solo per l'idromassaggio che si è rotto. Le camere erano ben organizzate, forse l'unica pecca è che non vengono, almeno per la mia stanza a fare le pulizie tutti i giorni con conseguente cambio giornaliero di lenzuola asciugamani rotoli di carta igienica ecc. ma nel complesso posso ritenermi abbastanza soddisfatto. Ultima pecca dovrebbe essere assegnato un ombrellone per ogni camera perché spesso il pomeriggio non trovavo posto in quanto le persone si appropriavano di 4 5 sdraio e rimaneva l'ombrellone senza sdraio e quando arrivavo non vi era possibilità di potersi mettere comodo.

Abbiamo soggiornato per il secondo anno consecutivo, ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene. Pulizia eccellente, ottimo servizio, personale gentile e preparato. Piscina di acqua salata meravigliosa. La struttura è anche piuttosto vicina a tutto, al supermercato, alla spiaggia e al centro. Ideale per famiglie con bambini, c’è una sabbiera attrezzata, una piccola area giochi vicino alla piscina e una ludoteca interna. Le camere/appartamenti sono comode, ampie, ben attrezzate di tutto ciò che serve. Grazie a tutti, alla prossima!
