Hotel Miramare - Spa & Suites - Free Breakfast & Brunch Until 13-00

The staff was very nice and the hotel is off the main road so it is a lot quieter. It's a few minutes walk from the beach so very easy acces to the water as well as restaurants. We stayed here for the iron man compitition and it was about a 40 min walk to the main area. There is a bike rental shop just around the corner so it makes getting around a lot easier. Even though breakfast was served until 1pm it was not easy to understand what was served as there was no explination, as a vegetarian it was a guessing game.

What a disappointment. Paid 220e/night, but the hotel is by no means worth 4*, maybe 2*. Or if you get a room for 70e or so, the value for money would be ok. By the way: When leaving the hotel sent me an email saying if I rate the hotel 10/10 I’ll get a discount. Not in need of that so I’ll be honest with this review. The room didn’t have the facilities listed and pictured in Bookingcom, you do hear when the neighbour even walks let alone talks, the hotel is in all outdated. Had to ask th reception three times to get a bath towel. For 220e/night the family has to share one towel. How hard can it be even with the basics. Breakfast/brunch means the food is on display in room temperature for 6 hours straight. Warm melt butter and plastic disposable drinking glasses, oh dear. Please avoid this hotel if you wish to get your money’s worth. So sorry I don’t have nice things to say about this hotel. On this trip we stayed in 6 European towns and cities (for example Munchen, Innsbruck, Copenhagen, Bologna) for approx. same price per night and the hotels were impeccable. The value just was not there. Nice town but pick another hotel.

Where to start, I’m a mother of two also working in the hotel industry. This is a real review based on one week experience in this establishment. We were greeted by the Front Office Manager Paolo and General manager Martina, quick friendly and efficient. We were given extra information about hotel area and the surrounding. Parking and beach sun beds and towels are included for their guests. We were accommodated in a Deluxe suite with swimming pool view. The room was immaculate, fresh air, hygienic bathroom and relaxing terrace. Zoe, our housekeeper made our room everyday : beds, fresh towels she even tidied our baby clothes. Every cleaning detail was perfect even the air conditioning remote on seeing position. Wow! Thank you so much. Moving down to our next topic the cuisine and hosts Davide, Kevin and Federica. These experts in providing every guest with the best customer service experience what an asset to the hotel they are. Every day was a story of a wine, a type of food, and good vibe only. Restaurant table setting and service was as a fine dining and the food mouth watering, tasty and eye catching. A diversity of healthy food and fresh ingredients from breakfast to dinner. A special mention to the beautiful lady Chef Cinzia who made us pancakes with love every morning. The swimming pool area is hosted by Gloria, a young lady, very pleasant and lovely who will always make sure you are looked after and comfortable. The two pool are clean and surrounded by sun beds, umbrellas and beautiful plants. Day or night at the reception is Michelangelo or Fillipo, they will provide you with anything possible you may need. All the hotel staff speaks good English. Many warm thanks to every member of the team, we appreciated the tremendous work you put in for us to have such a perfect holiday.

Cordialità e disponibilità infinite! Un buffet così ricco non lo avevo mai visto, curato nei minimi dettagli e continuamente rifornito. Camere pulite, bella la spa e una vera chicca la palestra con iacuzzi sul tetto. L’intero staff, sia della reception che della direzione e della cucina, sarà sempre nel mio cuore, mi avete coccolata ed accolta come se fossi di famiglia! Grazie a tutti!!! MERAVIGLIOSI!!!❤️❤️❤️

Personel: 10/10 uprzejmy. Śniadania: super 10/10 do godz. 13:00 Świeże jedzenie. Pokój: 1/10 pokój dość mały, walizki muszą leżeć na podłodze. Z klimatyzacji wyciekała woda. Prysznic malutki, śmierdzący pleśnią, nie da się wykąpać tak żeby jakąś częścią ciała nie dotknąć ściany. W zasadzie to zamurowana, klaustrofobiczna kabina z pleśnią. W pokoju znalazłem pluskwy domowe (w innych komentarzach hotel pisał, że to biedronka sosnowa - otóż nie to po prostu pluskwy "Cimice") zaniepokojony odsunąłem łóżko, to co tam znalazłem to po prostu szok, kurz i lepiący się brud. Pokój duszny i nieświeży, mimo niskiej ceny nie zachęcam do korzystania. Winda: 3/10 malutka, klaustrofobiczna, w zasadzie jedno - dwuosobowa winda bez wentylacji. Parking: 1/10 w cenie 20euro za dobę mały i bardzo ciasny, trzeba zostawić klucze do auta żeby mogli je sami przestawiać. Personel polecił niedaleko parking miejski ok. 8,5euro za dobę to dużo lepszy wybór. Pies: 20euro za dobę za pobyt psa, w cenie dobry i użyteczny welcomePack.

Accoglienza non delle migliori, stanza minuscola tanto da non riuscire ad aprire un trolley (non una valigia: un trolley!), doccia rotta e, nonostante detto in reception nessuno ha neppure provato a risolvere il problema. Note positive: la posizione, la colazione e la pulizia.
