1.房間乾淨整潔 舒適 2.位置很好，50公尺內就有家超市 3.沒有電梯，住三樓有點累 4.平常廣場有些小攤，很熱鬧，房間安靜 5.CK 小鎮非常漂亮，一定要住一晚

房間還是蠻大的，距離位置也很好，客服人員也很好，還可以用免費的咖啡，距離位置也蠻近的、早餐也很美味的

幫朋友預訂的酒店真的很nice，出行比較方便，環境設施都還不錯的，服務人員態度挺好，之前有看很多人説在國外受歧視，沒有那麼誇張，完全看人，總體都挺滿意的，非常感謝

Wow! An absolute must for a great meal and experience. The food, service and musicians made it such a brilliant evening thank you so much Prokop - your service was impeccable and our T-bone was just delicious, the local Czech Merlot was divine and beer and gin also a hit. Great central location, though parking for all hotels is a 10 minute walk, so either take small suitcase or request a pick up from the hotel. Room and hotel very clean and tidy. Staff friendly and the breakfast was excellent, with a mix of continental and English type breakfast food.

We had an amazing visit with the best meals and outstanding staff. I look forward to returning some day in the summer months and will only choose to stay here. Thank you Prokop for making our stay so enjoyable. The details of your care Prokop provided will not be forgotten by anyone in our family.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Czechoslovakia quietly sleeps a beautiful 500 year old town called Cesky Krumlov. A jewel found there is the Grand Hotel on the plaza. Before I visited, I wrote to the hotel and immediately received a reply, a reply to each and every question…amazing. I asked if we could hire someone to collect us at the bus station. There at arrival with a sign was a lovely young man who whisked our luggage into into his van and away we went dazzled by the beauty ahead of us. The manager of the hotel graciously greeted us and because we were early suggested we have coffee. Our room ready was like a fairy tale, looking out on the plaza. We ventured out on a tour and came back to wonderful dinner served on the outside patio. Breakfast in the morning came to the room. Better than any 5 star we had been in. We gathered out things and received help to the bus. Both of us wanted to stay longer. I would without any hesitation give this hotel my highest rating. Cleanliness, service, quality of the food, room, location could not have been better.

Wonderful food, great ambience but service lacking. We both enjoyed our meal immensely - perfect flavours and amount of food. We had even chosen our dessert from the menu but as the waiter did not stop at our table (despite us being nearest the bar) but kept walking past to other customers. No offer of a second drink either. Beware - it is cash only restaurant - just in case you happen to miss the signage on the way in (apparently) just like us 😉 Otherwise this is a lovely restaurant with live music - a piano player on this occasion.

Hotel is good, but doesnt have elevator, the rooms are small, those things are acceptable, its an old building. The say it has AC, but almost all rooms doenst have. We got a fan instead. Staff is friendly and helpful! We even got a free transfer to the train station. Breakfast is good, and the restaurant is a little disorganized, but the food is great! Location is great, but all hotels have great location in center Krumlov. The worst part is the curtains of the room, they are awful, they dont cover any light at all. Impossible to sleep in the morning. Good, but expensive overall.

Hotel Grand is a lovely hotel with a fantastic location right in the main square of the town. All sights of Cesky Krumlov are within a very short distance from the hotel. Staying over at the hotel enabled us to see the town in the peace and quiet of the morning before the day trippers arrive. The hotel serves excellent breakfast. The staff overall is very nice. Overall a great stay in one of the prettiest towns in the world.

What an amazing hotel and even more amazing staff . A big shout out to William and Yulia for their incredible customer service values and support . The hotel is a 700 year old house but it is upto all the modern standards and is nestled in a quiet corner with amazing rooms . The staff once again is the best thing about the place as they took it upon themselves to make our journey and further travel peaceful and enjoyable .

Guy on reception was drunk when we arrived and staff were arguing with each other for the two nights we were there. Bar staff did not want to serve us and we could only pay in cash. Linen was taken off the beds that we weren’t using because we were told that we did not need them. Breakfast room is way too small and very difficult to get around other patrons. Our room was like a storage room for the furniture that they couldn’t fit in other rooms. Just don’t bother!
