The most awful place in the world I booked in direct and they said it was booked،But they did not allow us to enter،They behaved very rudely I went to the best beach and restaurants in the world But I did not see such behavior،These are much lower than Dubai beaches،In Dubai, you enter with a reservation with great respect،Sorry for this unprofessional before sunset

Agree with everyone else, worst experience ever!!! They turnd down hundreds of people who had reservation including us by saying we dont have anymore place. When u ask them then why do u reserve for so many people, their answer is "we work like this". What?? Who gave u right to ruin holidays of hundreds of people each day?? This is disrespectfull and disgusting!!! I have been all around the world, this place is first place ever told me to work like this. Places and people like them is the reason why Turkeys most touristic places are hardly half full this year, they are the ones who re destroying turism in Turkey!!! Shame on u and places like u!!!

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional staff, specially reception, welcoming people as if they are providing free entrance to the beach. Accepting reservation thru instagram dm day before, next day while trying to enter to the beach reception were not letting us inside, providing no reason!

An absolute gem! The hotel is located a few meters away from their beautiful beach which is so pleasant. The rooms are large, super clean and the design is top notch! The whole vibe is amazing, great artists come to the beach club. Highly recommended!

We had made a reservation a day in advance, but when we arrived, we were unexpectedly denied entry by the impolite and rude staff at the entrance. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place, as it's likely to result in a disappointing experience. We ended up wasting our time. Although there was a dress code at the entrance, we were dressed according to the standard, and they didn't inform us otherwise. This led to a negative experience. Following this incident, we decided to visit another excellent beach club called Fly-Inn Beach Club in Cesme, with the best view and refreshing water. Before heading anywhere, I highly recommend checking out reviews on TripAdvisor or other map applications to ensure a better experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this beach. My family and I had a reservation, but upon our arrival, we were met with extreme rudeness. The decision-making process at the reception desk was not only frustrating but also completely impolite. We traveled a considerable distance, around 20 kilometers, only to be treated disrespectfully without even a clear explanation for the denial of entry, we were told the decision would be made at the reception desk. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I strongly urge the management to address these issues promptly. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and it's now evident why its Google rating is so low, reflecting the reality of our experience.

Today, with reservation and confirm of it, I went to this beach club and they told me that I can’t enter. While I asked for explanations that were not given to me, other Turkish customers entered without problems: perhaps you have a problem with tourists, some form of racism… The reception of these two men at the entrance was very bad: rude and snobbish. This way is typical of those who think they have the gold when instead they manage copper disguised as gold, and find foolish customers who believe in it.

Beware of Beforesunset in Alacati! A staff member not only demanded extra money but disappeared with it! An appalling lack of integrity and service. My trip was ruined, and I'm left feeling cheated and disrespected. Shocking and disheartening!
