Cha am MY House Resort recensioner

A nice clean hotel close to the beach and the Cha am entertainment street. A nice swimming pool on the second floor. A big plus (if you're traveling by car) is that the private parking is under roof

Just the one night, good for our needs, it's on a beer bar street so it's pretty noisy until midnight, didn't bother us as we were playing pool in the opposite the hotel, didn't use the pool but it looks good 😁, breakfast served in a sister restaurant at the end of the soi (1 minute walk) we had the pad krapow which was really good, great value for money with two breakfasts included 👍

The free (included) breakfast (3 choices) was just down the road closer to the beach. Venue was clean and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms very comfortable. We found it a bit far from the action of Hua Hin - needed a car for the 35-40 minute drive. Plenty of equivalent or better breakfast options around Cha Am for a small fee. Will stay further south next time.

Hotel was ok but car got damaged in parking area and staff would not check cctv properly

Perfect for the low price! The room should be without window but there was! AC, breakfast and water included! Ah also the swimming pool at the second floor was nice! No complains at all ...maybe they can provide a vegetarian breakfast in future to be perfect...

They did not return our deposit on 500 baht so not super happy about the struggle we have to go over.

Very nice and clean hotel and near to beach

Really good place to stay, could do with more entertainment 🙂 will stay there again though 👍 probably go back next trip

จะบอกว่าเป็นประสบการณ์เข้าพักที่พักริมชายหาดที่แย่มาก แย่ทั้งสภาพห้อง และบริการจากทางที่พัก ครั้งเดียวเกินพอ 1.) เวลา Check In 14.00น.เวลา 13.50 น.โทรหา front ของทางโรงแรมเพื่อจะแจ้งว่าเข้าช้านิดนึงเนื่องจากรถติด ＞＞ ไม่มีผู้รับสายเลยทั้ง 4 สาย จากนั้นเรามาถึงที่พักเวลา 14.30 น.จองไว้ 3 ห้อง พร้อมเข้า 1 ห้อง อีก 2 ห้องยังไม่พร้อม เรายืนรอหน้าห้องจนกระทั่งเวลาประมาณ 15.00น.ก็ยังไม่เสร็จเลยสอบถามแม่บ้านว่าลูกค้า Check Out เวลาเที่ยง ทำไมถึงทำห้องไม่เสร็จ แม่บ้านตอบกลับมา ก็คนไม่พอค่ะ!! 2.) จากนั้นเราไปนั่งชายหาดก่อนและขึ่นมาอีกครั่งเพื่อเปลี่ยนชุด เดินเข้าห้องน้ำ ลื่นค่ะ เข่าไปฟาดกับขอบอ่างอาบน้ำ พท้นเหมือนลงน้ำยาไว้แต่ไม่ราดน้ำทิ้ง เราเลยใช้สายฉีดชำระล้างพื้นเองอีกรอบ (ถ้าเป็นพ่อแม่เราล้ม เราคงไม่โอเคมากๆ) 3.) มารับคูปองอาหาร เลือกเวลาไม่ได้ อาหารเช้า 09.30 น.เท่านั้นอ้างว่าคนเยอะ เราบอก front ไปแช้วว่าเราตื่นเช้ากัน เค้าบอกว่ามีเป็นรอบเท่านั้นค่ะ จากนั้นเราโทรไปสอบถามเลื่อนเวลารอบนีง พนักงานบอกว่าได้นะ แต่ไม่มีที่นั่งก็ต้องยืนรอ!! (เดี๋ยวก่อนค่ะ เราไม่ได้มาขอเข้าเช้าทานนะคะ) จากนั้นทาง Trip.com ประสานงานให้กลับบอกว่าสามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเวลา 8.00 น.ได้ 4.) สภาพห้องแย่มากๆ เก่า มีกลิ่นเหม็น ไม่ตรงปกสุดๆ พื้นดำ และเตียงเต็มไปด้วยฝุ่น จองมา 3 ห้องราคาประมาณ 4500 บาท คุณภาพสวนทางกับราคามาเลยค่ะ ในห้องน้ำมีสบู่ถูกๆให้ 2 ก้อน 5.) สระว่ายน้ำน้ำขุ่นมากกกก เค็มและขมในเวลาเดียวกันน่าจะเป็นสระเกลือแล้วใส่คลอรีนเยอะๆ 6.) ผ้าขนหนูสภาพคือดำมากค่ะ คิดว่สเป็นผ้าเช็ดเท้า มีรูปให้พิจารณาด้วยค่ะ รีวิวตามประสบการณ์จริงค่ะ

ทำเลดี น้องพนักงานให้การต้อนรับดี อาหารเช้าพอใช้เนื่องจากเป็นอาหารจานเดียวเลือกได้ 1 เมนู ความสะอาดดี แต่ควรมีไดร์เป่าผม แชมพู แปรงสีฟันบริการด้วยค่ะ
