This hotel is very poorly maintained. We found several bugs in the rooms. The pool belonging to the villa was very dirty and we could not use it. It was also not possible to go up to the roof even though there was access to it. False marketing on booking pages as it does not live up to expectations and the pictures that are published. When you were to book via Agoda, it said fully booked, which was not true as we were the only guests in the entire hotel. It also said that the hotel offered bicycle rental, which was also not true. We had booked 7 nights but wanted to check out already after 1 night. The hotel stated that Agoda must approve a refund and when I spoke to Agoda they were very accommodating and wanted to help us with a refund. When Agoda in turn contacted the hotel, the hotel suddenly said no to a refund? We paid a fortune for this accommodation and have now lost 20,303 baht. The hotel refuses to answer us and is not accommodating at all, terribly bad and we feel cheated. Would not recommend this hotel!!
