Lovely hotel, rooms were a decent size with a double and single bed for our family of 3, bathroom Only let down was we were told that check out was 12pm, we went to breakfast and returned to the room at 9:30 to have a relax before going out to find the cleaners were in our room stripping all the bedding so was forced to leave early

Cheap n cheerful, does what a Premier Inn does. Good location next to Sainsbury's, short walk to trains, walking distance to Lakeside shopping mall. Great Turkish restaurant just around the corner. We stayed for a fortnight for work and were very satisfied. Friendly staff, nice room, comfy bed, clean hotel, good location. Only concern was a lack of storage in the rooms if you're staying longer than a few days.

I have had a great experience every time I’ve checked in at the Thurrock East location. Loredana at the front deck has been very welcoming, kind and thoughtful on every check in and check out! She has a welcoming smile and attitude and it made the stay very comfortable. Thanks Loredana !

An amazing Stay here. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was exceptionally comfy. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk/sugar provided. Staff were very helpful, polite and professional. I would recommend to anyone. Plenty of refreshments and vending machine downstairs 😁

Lucy was incredibly helpful and provided clear, detailed information throughout our stay. Everything about the experience was perfect, from the accommodation to the service. We truly had no issues and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you

Having to pay £7 after paying £81 for a room is crazy 😡. And you should have a late check out as a option

Everything fine apart from now have to pay parking when it is free on the street the gym and Sainsburys. Maybe better alternatives now as adds to price

Room had no easy chair just an office chair. No ac so room stifling. Heard footsteps outside our window in middle of the night I had to get up and shut window. Desk clerk showed little interest
