It offers comfortable seating, a Solo Stove fire pit, gas grill and beautiful views of the canal (open water is just around the corner). Head down the stairs for direct water access to fish (tons of catfish, crappie and bass!) or hop on one of the included paddle boards and go exploring!The living room features a 4K Roku TV with basic cable, stylish-yet-comfy furniture, record player and a cozy fireplace. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials - most importantly, a Keurig coffee machine. There’s also a king bedroom downstairs, full bath and a laundry room with washer/dryer.Upstairs you’ll find one king bedroom with en suite and rain shower. And an incredible, camp-themed loft with four custom-built queen beds and lots of fun details to discover! It’s the perfect kids space!High speed WiFi is also included so you can WFL (Work From Lake), and you’re only minutes away from great vintage shopping and restaurants. Just ask us for recommendations!Two parking spots in front of the house are included.
