Our newly remodeled cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood in beautiful Pine, Arizona. Relax among the tall pine trees that surround our cabin where deer and elk make occasional visits. The cabin is only 1/2 mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Pine, and minutes from hiking trails and attractions such as Tonto Natural Bridge. Enjoy your morning coffee on the comfortable back deck, and relax in the evening around the firepit in the front yard, which is complete with natural wood benches. The whole property is completely enclosed with a 6' redwood fence for your privacy and security. Inside features Wi-Fi, a large screen smart TV complete with Dish Network and Chromecast, or play cards/games at the kitchen table. A beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite recipes. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds complete with all linens. The bathroom has a double sink vanity and a separate room with the shower and toilet. Due to the numerous repeat guests we have with pet and smoke allergies, we have a NO PETS and a NO SMOKING policy. We are sorry for any inconvenience to pet owners and smokers. Our guests that do not respect this policy are automatically subject to a $200.00 extra cleaning and sanitizing fee. Thank you for your understanding. If you’re looking for city life luxury with jet tubs, surround sound and massage chairs this home isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a true cabin getaway with just the right amount of comfort and lots of outdoor adventure look no further!The famous heard of Elk regularly lounge behind our home and can usually be seen several times a day lounging and grazing. Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin can comfortably sleep 6 with space for up to two more on the pull out couch. The entire cabin is 1,000 square feet. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen bed. There is a TV in the back bedroom and a large TV in the living room. Both are smart TVs and we are equipped with WiFi so you can log into your favorite app for movie night. We have newly installed central air. Enjoy some outdoor games (Cornhole, Jenga, Connect 4) in the backyard while the elk visit just beyond the chain link fence or spend your days hiking, off-roading, or enjoying the local markets and restaurants. We have a barbecue grill with propane tank. The front porch is a peaceful haven with a swing and couch. There is plenty of parking if you arrive in multiple cars. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to use any durable goods you find in the cupboards. Note - We do not have an ice maker or filtered water on tap. The dirt driveway is equipped with 30 amp and 50 amp plugins for an RV if you prefer separate living quarters with your guests however please note the driveway is steep and somewhat tight at the bottom. It takes an experienced operator and often 4 wheel drive to back a trailer or camper in. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions. Any vehicle will be fine for regular parking, 4 wheel drive is only needed for trailer parking.Dogs are welcome for a fee of $25 but we ask that you clean up after them. The backyard is fully enclosed by a chainlink fence to keep you fur family safe. There is an additional $50 fee for uncollected doggy doodoo. We also ask that you not leave them unattended in order to prevent any damage to our home or furnishings.The indoor fireplace shown in the photos is not operational. It does not vent properly and WILL fill the house with smoke. We have central heat and a back up gas furnace in case of power outages.No smoking in the home or backyard. Take special note of the fire restrictions during your stay which vary throughout the seasons.Note that we have a ring doorbell at the front door facing the street and a camera in the backyard facing the yard for security. Surrounded by an abundance of large pine trees and breadth taking views, our cabin is perfect for large or small groups. With a massive deck that has over 900 sq ft and looks into the national forest, and modern amenities like high speed internet, it's an amazing place to spend time with friends and family.Sitting among massive pine trees, our cabin is spacious with 3 bedrooms (comfortably sleeps 8 people) and 2 bathrooms, a large leather couch, huge flat screen TV with high speed internet and WIFI, Netflix, cable TV, and even Nintendo for the kids. The entire cabin was custom redesigned with an elegant kitchen, stainless steel appliances, Keurig Coffee maker, plenty of cookware and a large family table to enjoy meals. Our massive custom windows throughout the cabin give you the feeling like your sitting in the forest. The bedrooms are comfortable with plush bedding, along with real air conditioning and central heat for those cold nights. Did I mention the deck? It's massive, with over 900 sq ft of usable area, it's the perfect place to enjoy the cool air, BBQ or just have fun. Looking to hike in the forest? Guests can literally walk to the back yard and enter the national forest. Our cabin is in a premier location, 3 minutes from main street on Pine, very close to the world famous Old County Inn Pizza Restaurant, Pine grocery store, yet backs up to the national forest. The front yard is perfect for memorable times with a fire pit and horse shoe pit, all to enjoy the cool pine air and relax.We chose this cabin due to its truly unique setting. Over 90% of cabins in the Pine/Strawberry area do not back to the national forest and are extremely close to other cabins. Fortunately, our cabin is rare and is against the national forest. With no homes behind or in front, it's a truly amazing place to enjoy. My family and kids love being able to hike behind the cabin and enjoy the massive pines and hiking trails. Looking to get away for the weekend or for a week? This 1800 sq. ft. cabin is nestled among tall Ponderosa Pines, some 100 years old! A taste of paradise is only about an hour and a half drive from Scottsdale.The cabin is two stories, the main story being on the second floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Upstairs there is also a bathroom, family room and kitchen. Downstairs there is another family room with another queen futon, bathroom and laundry room. This is the perfect set up for two couples or two families as it allows each some privacy. There are two televisions and DVD players, one in the master bedroom and the other in the downstairs family room. I have several movies you can borrow. WI-FI is also available.The deck wraps around the entire second floor so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade whichever you prefer. There is a gas BBQ and a hammock you can use. The cabin has three fireplaces; two wood and one gas. The wood ones are in the upstairs family room and master bedroom and the gas one is in the downstairs family room. There is a small fee for wood or you can bring your own. Don't forget to bring marshmallows to roast!The cabin sits on an acre and a half of land and backs the National Forest. It is quite private and quiet. If you walk into the forest about a quarter of a mile at dusk and you are quiet and lucky, of course, you could see elk, particularly in the summer and fall. I have seen up to 20 at a time! At the very least, you are certain to hear bugling in the middle of the night if you wake up. I have a book there that gives you all kinds of ideas as to what to do; hikes, fishing, swimming holes, restaurants, shops, etc. Everything you need is there. All you need to bring is your clothes and food.
