Whimsical both inside and out, this cozy cabin tucked away on Lake LBJ is the perfect place to escape city life and enjoy nature.This one bedroom, one bathroom home is rustic retreat and won't disappoint. The open floor plan is sure to bring a smile to your face as this home is full of love! To the right of the front door, an adorable living room lined with windows opens into the dining area and kitchen. The open living area can be partitioned off to create an additional sleeping area at night. With twin bunk beds, a queen futon and an additional couch, Casita de Tortuga can sleep 6 comfortably. Catch up on some zzz's by taking advantage of the black-out shades! The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and plenty of space to unpack for your stay. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and plenty of space to get ready for your day on the lake!Outside you will find multiple areas to unwind. The large patio adjacent to the casita is blanketed with shade from the huge oak trees. A large dining table is the perfect place to gather for meals or hang out while grilling on the Big Green Egg and smoker. Enjoy lunches at the picnic table and read a book on the porch swing. End every night star-gazing in the hot tub and listening to some tunes.Walking towards the lake, you are greeted by a staircase that leads to your own private treehouse, a great place to enjoy cocktails and conversation! With amazing views overlooking Lake LBJ and the beauty surrounding it, here's your chance to live amongst the birds! The treehouse has a small table with seating for four and is waiting to transport you back to childhood!Lakeside, the boat dock houses a gas grill, small refrigerator to keep your beverages chilled, an area to clean your fish, an outdoor shower and plenty of space to relax by the water! To the left of the boat dock, enjoy cold evenings cooking smores around the firepit. Join the kids for a dip in the roped off swimming area or some quiet time fishing off the pier. Bringing your boat? Casita de Tortuga has plenty of space to tie up your boat! Just around the corner of the home is a boat ramp and there is plenty of room in the driveway for your trailer. Green Acres Spicewood is a newly renovated glamping retreat that offers our guests a chance to enjoy the Texas Hill Country & experience glamping all in one. This collection of 4 tiny cabins and 8 vintage RV's rest on 20 acres of beautiful countryside on Highway 71.Each unit has access to The Bathhouse that consists of 4 bathrooms (2 indoor spa like bathrooms with showers) 2 outdoor showers, a community sitting area, laundry room, full-size refrigerator, and ice machine.Each unit also has access to the outdoor area with a playground (adult must be present), hammocks, BBQ pits, fire pits (must follow county guidelines if there is a burn ban in effect), corn hole, room to walk and enjoy our property, and outdoor dining areas. Our vintage grain silo is so unique and cozy that you will be back for years to come. Come enjoy this country secret for a girl's weekend, share some wine from the 2 local wineries or hike any of the 3 nearby state parks. There is also mountain biking nearby at Spider Mountain. Upstairs in the loft you will find a glorious queen bed to rest your head as well as a cute and comfy reading nook. Downstairs is a queen murphy bed that is very comfy and unique. There is a coffee nook with several ways to get your caffeine. The bathroom comes complete with a towel warmer and all the toiletries you need. The silo is very unique with all of its stained-glass windows and vintage Egyptian front door. It also boasts custom handmade coffee cups and stained-glass succulents throughout. There is no television available in the silo, but Wi-Fi is. Our other listings have TV, but we are trying something different here. Spend your time outside counting stars and making wishes.
