The upstairs has a huge loft for gaming, sleeping hanging out. Lots of room for parking vehicles or a boat in the driveway. Huge deck to grill, hangout, have a fire. Set back from all the kayos but close enough to be there with in 5 minutes. We are part of a great little private community called Balmoral. We are one mile from a private beach that sits on the great Lake Winnipesaukee. Boat launch for your convenience. This beach has a volleyball net, bocce ball court. Bring your corn hole boards to the beach! There is a playground behind the clubhouse as well as a tennis court. Basketball courts are a few streets away. Such a vacation destination for all seasons. What we didn't expect was the beautiful deck (and beautiful windows!) facing the mountains, where we saw the most beautiful sunsets. The house feels secluded, but you are only 15 minutes from North Conway which has everything you would need. There were multiple ski slopes from us to choose from while we were there, and even a free place to ice skate next to the North Conway train station.
