This unique, elegant, and beautiful lodge has a full kitchen, air conditioning, 3 levels, large indoor porch, private dock, swimming area, 2 bathrooms, laundry machines, and a very large great room! The Lodge is in a private setting but is located on the site of the Edge of the Wilderness Discovery Center so you are in close walking distance from a picnic shelter, interpretive trail, other historic buildings, a fishing pier, outdoor amphitheater, and the Discovery Center itself which includes modern interpretive displays, a gift shop, and environmental education programs throughout the summer.
