Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks or biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake. Cabin is great for a romantic getaway, bachelorette party, or just hanging out. There are wineries and breweries within 15 minutes. Games are located in garage, please enjoy them! Fire pit on beach!Propane grill and accessories available.Please feel welcome to bring your own water toys- kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, jet skis, boats. There is a public launch nearby. We will provide 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a pedal boat. We have beach toys available for children, they’re located in the garage. Plenty of space for beach volleyball or badminton- please bring your own equipment and nets. Please bring your own life jacket protection, we will have limited adult and child jackets available in the garage. Great location for fishing!Wonderful bird watching location, there’s a a large Bald Eagle nest nearby to property. We have wonderful hiking trails nearby. Highly recommended. If you’re interested in hiking please reach out and I will gladly share some of our favorites! In addition to hiking, we’re closely located to some of the best mountain biking trails in the country! Peace, quiet, and lots of wildlife! On the main floor there is a queen bed and dining area with kitchenette. The loft area has two twin beds. Bedding and pillows are provided. Please note if you plan on using the beds in the loft, the bedding is provided but I do not keep the twin beds made up. Feel free to arrange the sleeping area to your liking! All beds have heated mattress pads, sheets, pillows, and comforters. Extra blankets are provided.The driveway is gravel and has a steep incline. WI-FI & TV w Netflix, prime and Hulu. Right on the river, and less than 1/4 to access to a private lake. Grill, firepit, seating, outdoor sink with running water, toaster oven, mini fridge, keurig, and basic utensils.Bathroom situation:For convenience, there is porta potty close by. It is pumped weekly by the company and always cleaned & sanitized between guests. Shower/bathing: My home is on the property, and if requested, you can access a full bathroom that will be dedicated to you during your stay. Shower and bath, with all the essentials located on the upstairs floor.
