Three decks furnished with Polywood furniture offer stunning ridge views at every turn. The main level deck features an outdoor dining table and a propane gas grill, perfect for evening cookouts. The upper level deck is the spot for morning coffee with a view. The lower deck is home to the hot tub, where you can soak under the open sky after a day on the slopes or the trails. A charming gazebo tucked into the wooded surroundings provides a peaceful additional gathering space with its own atmosphere and LED accent lighting.THE MAIN LEVELThe heart of the cabin is the main level, which features an open living area with a wood-burning fireplace and Roku TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining area that comfortably seats the whole group. The primary bedroom on this level has a king bed, Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo. A second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom are also on this level. An enclosed patio with seating and LED lighting gives you a comfortable outdoor option regardless of the weather. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.THE UPPER LEVELThe upper level is designed for relaxing and recharging. A second living room with a wood-burning fireplace, Roku TV, two electric reclining couches, and a recliner makes it easy to unwind after a full day. A wine and coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, mini-fridge, and sink means you never have to go far for your morning cup. You will find cookware, a toaster, a crock pot, and everything needed to prepare meals for the whole group. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and open to the living room and sun-drenched dining room. 3 bedrooms are masters, the others share a bathroom, and the downstairs game room can be a 6th bedroom. Plus, pet friendly!The cabin is walking distance to both the community pool and a short hiking trail, and about a 5 minute drive to the slopes, dining, and everything else Wintergreen has to offer. Level 2 EV charger is available in the driveway.- Parking is available both in the driveway and in front of the house. 4-5 vehicles fit easily, 6-7 if you get creative.- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and deck. Each bedroom, plus the great room and the downstairs living room, features a smart TV where you can access all the main streaming services.- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options- Guests can enjoy free community pool access in the summer season (though the HOA rules stipulate no more than 6 guests at a time, and the permitted hours are 2-6pm).- Crib, pack n play, high chair, baby monitor, stroller, board games and puzzles provided- Please note that if you would like to send packages to the property, you do so at your own risk. USPS is particularly unreliable. We can not be held responsible for late or undelivered packages. Additionally, we charge $25 for any return services requested, in additional to actual postage.Tips for a Happy Hot Tub- Be sure to unclip the hot tub cover before removing it.- Please do not put anything besides people in the hot tub (like mulch or toys).- If the water level doesn’t cover the jets, you can use the hose to add water. Please disconnect the hose when done, especially in cold weather when it could freeze.- Always put the cover on the hot tub when not in use - this keeps the hot tub warm & filled with water. Using the plastic clips helps keep it from blowing off.- For safety reasons, please don’t add chemicals to the hot tub yourself. If the water looks murky or has a smell, let us know, and we'll have our hot tub expert come by to treat it.- Do not drain the hot tub.- There's no need to turn off the hot tub.
