Welcome to the Triangle RanchTucked in the foothills of the quaint historic mining town of Grass Valley, CA this funky and spacious chalet invites you to experience the great outdoors with family, friends and pets. Enjoy the hot tub, basketball court, treehouse, kids rooms, bbq, fire-pit, outdoor theater, and more. One hour from Tahoe and close to town, you’re never short of things to explore.The Triangle Ranch sits on 3.25 private acres and boasts 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a bonus floor living room, loft, and private kids playroom. Outside, there is a basketball court and kids Treehouse as well as a deck and patio with a large picnic table for hosting outdoor meals. There are 4 queen bedrooms and a kid’s bunk room giving plenty of room for families with kids to enjoy each other while all having their own space.The kitchen is well appointed and includes a bonus coffee bar with an Espresso machine, coffee pot, and Keurig. The home is situated 10 minutes from downtown Grass Valley which is famous for its rich mining history, historic sites, wine tasting, fine dining and shopping. It is only 5 minutes drive from the county Fairgrounds which hosts frequent concerts and events. Just an hour from Tahoe, you can enjoy a day of skiing or swimming and retreat to the cabin after your adventures. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided. The house also has basic equipment for children including a pack-n-play, toys, sippy cups, etc.We are happy to share our space with people who want to use it as a retreat to enjoy quality time with friends and family, but please note this is not a party rental.We are a pet friendly property, within reason. This is the place for people who are tired of rentals that lack amenities or aesthetic quality. This is also a non-toxic, eco-friendly sanctuary.There are four bedrooms in the main house and an optional separate studio to rent. (Note the description says this is 5 bedrooms-- so if only renting the main house you are renting 4 bedrooms, or you can optionally add the studio for a fifth bedroom.) The main house has two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with a twin bed and a twin air mattress (if needed but please request ahead of time), and an enclosed den with a queen murphy bed. This allows 8 people to sleep comfortably in the main house (more with the studio if needed-- see below). There are 3 bathrooms in the main house, one with a lux freestanding soaking tub with forest views.For 9-11 guests, or if you just want extra space for a smaller party, you can rent the separate studio for $125/night plus $125 cleaning fee.
