The open-concept layout includes a dining area and an updated kitchen with an eat-at bar, making it easy to gather and entertain. Step directly from the dining area into the screened porch for a peaceful retreat. This level also features a comfortable bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom.Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious oversized loft with a queen sleeper sofa—perfect for extra guests or a quiet reading nook. This level also includes a full bathroom, a serene primary bedroom with a king bed, and a second generously sized bedroom featuring another king bed along with bunk beds, ideal for families traveling with kids.Spend your days lounging at the community pools, relaxing on the beaches, or out exploring beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack. In the evenings, gather around the custom-made firepit to roast s’mores and share stories under the stars. On the Rocks is the perfect escape for a memorable family getaway—combining comfort, fun, and all the charm of lake life.****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Tons of outdoor space and large deck as well as covered under deck . Jen-air grill. Plenty of parking (4 cars). Several marinas nearby for launching and rentals. Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 set of bunk bed and a trundle bed(loft). Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms with the exception of the bunk room. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Nestled away in a quiet little community, our cabin is located just a few minutes from the lake, restaurants, breweries, shopping, entertainment, and more. You can spend all day on the lake and come back to enjoy some refreshments and s’mores by the fire pit. If you're more of a homebody, enjoy one of our books or listen to a vinyl. We also have Wi-Fi and Smart TVs for those who don’t like to unplug. Come and see the natural beauty and wildlife that Lake Wallenpaupack has to offer.The spaceThe home features a private bedroom with a queen bed, fireplace, and Smart TV upstairs. The loft with a full bed is also upstairs, but please note that the loft is open and does not have a door.Guest accessThe front of the home has a wide open space to hang out and barbecue. We have an outdoor cooler, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, picnic table, and propane grill with cooking utensils.Other things to notePlease note, the road to our home is a dirt road. You most likely won't need a 4WD, but be aware that low sports cars may have issues pulling into the property. Our 1 bed 1 bath cabin is perfect if you want to get away from the real world for a while. Yet you are close enough to enjoy shopping, restaurants, antiquing and lake sports. The location is great for day trips to many area sights and activities.There is a public boat launch approximately two miles from the house. You also have the option to rent boats or jet skis from local marinas. Local activities include horseback riding, hiking or rail biking on the new Soaring Eagle in Hawley, Pa. You have a choice of several indoor water parks or shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlets. You may also want to try your luck at Mt Airy Casino.Check out the concert schedule at Dorflinger Museum or Bethel Woods, the site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival.
