This Cabin in the Pines is situated in a friendly, great neighborhood. It is within the town of Pinetop-Lakeside and is a short 15 minute walk to multiple restaurants, local stores, and more. This has been our family's cabin for decades, and we're happy to share it with you!This perfect family cabin is for Couples, Friends, Children, and more. An excellent get-away for the holidays. It gives the full and rightly deserved impression that this is YOUR “cabin in the woods.”There is an expansive driveway and a separate garage available to protect your car from the weather. The cabin is a private experience, and renting it ensures that you have the entire cabin for yourself. Neighbors are friendly and kind, there are many trails and walks nearby (details at the house).One Bathroom (shower) downstairs, a Bedroom downstairs, Living Room, Dining space, and fully prepared Kitchen. We have a washer and dryer for your convenience.Upstairs we have a loft with 2 beds (seen in pictures), excellent for kids but can be for adults too! There’s a small reading area, and there are many wonderful places to sit and drink tea and read.The cabin house has a TV and High-Speed internet, no cable currently ordered but we have several Roku viewing options, and Netflix. Open the back gate and the whole forest is yours to explore.A 35 minute drive to the Sunrise Park Resort where, in the winter, you can ski or snowboard all day, or the summer, attack their mountain bike course, Alpine Coaster, and enjoy the views, before returning home to cozy up to a warm fire or soak in the hot tub. The fire pit is gas so there is no work, no fire restrictions or blackout dates here!The neighborhood is home to the public Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club as well as some small lakes which you can easily bike or walk to.The house has a large master suite with a king bed, double vanity bathroom, walk-in shower, and huge closet. It also has a private patio out back where you can enjoy some alone time.Down the hallway you will find the first guest room with 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4 children. The kitchen and dining room seat 10. The kitchen is stocked with all your necessary items; plates, bowls, utensils, pots, blender, Instapot, Keurig and drip coffee pot, etc... A full washer and dryer with detergent available. Plenty of parking out front in the large wrap around driveway.Out back you will find a table and chairs with seating for 10, propane BBQ grill, hot tub, gas fire pit, and plenty of room to play your favorite outdoor games. There is also a gate right out to the National Forest!! In the garage is a GAME ROOM that includes a PING PONG TABLE, a GOLDEN TEE arcade game, and an additional arcade game that has 10,000 games to choose from! 4 adult and 2 kid bikes with helmets for you to enjoy. With only 2 neighbors this is the perfect house to enjoy some piece and quiet. You will be immersed in a blanket of pines down this road, until the end where you’ll find Billy Creek Lodge - a massive log cabin right on the creek with direct access to the creek and trails.Applicable Fees:$75 fee per pet will be requested per stay to be paid before front door code is given. Guests are responsible for picking up after pets.Reflected in pricing is a surcharge per person per night over 8 guests. $50/person/night to be charged for any guests over the amount on your reservation.Parties or events thrown onsite without prior approval will be fined $1,500 event fee. If property is left in an excessively dirty condition, a $250 fee will be applied. Late check out is by request AT LEAST 48 hours in advance, $100 fee applies.We have one security camera on the premises which is located outside of the house.We allow small events and weddings up to 35 people for a $1,500 fee due upon booking.
