This property is located in the heart of Alta in a quiet wooded setting. It is a great base for hiking, fishing and skiing in the Tahoe basin. It is 30 minutes from Boreal Ski resort and 45 min from Truckee. We have a huge deck with a BBQ, great for relaxing while having a cup of coffee, or just visiting with family and friends. Plenty of room around the property for the kids and a fire pit to enjoy at night. There is also access to a community pool in Dutch Flat 5 minutes away. The deck/patio backs up to open forest, allowing for significant hiking options right from the back yard.
