This is a nice small 2 bedroom cabin in Utopia. It is tucked away on County Road 355. It is just a half of a mile from main street Utopia. The Sabinal River runs though Utopia. So you can enjoy the Utopia Park Lake that has a dam with plenty of water to swim in and fish year round. Utopia is also 15 minutes from Garner state park and the Frio river. It is also just a 15 minute drive to Lost maples State park in Vanderpool. Beautiful Log Cabin with 2 bedrooms and a jack and Jill bathroom. Has newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops. Pictures don’t do it justice. Just off River Road at the Frio River but secluded enough that you don’t feel that people are on top of you. Has fire pit and barbecue pit for your enjoyment. Tube on the Frio or sit on the porch and watch the deer. Beautiful setting. The cabin is located close to the river, however there is not private access via walking. We have many great tubing companies around that can help you get access to the river and enjoy time with your family. Welcome to the Honeycomb Hideout!! An adorable 2-bedroom 1 bath cabin called "Bearly Beehavin". With cozy spaces and charming decor, this cabin is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Bdrm 1 features a queen size bed. Bdrm 2 features three beds - 1 full, and 2 twin beds. A full kitchen with dining table, living room with a fireplace and two futon beds - 1 full, 1 twin. Step outside to the covered porch and relax in the rocking chairs. Seating area with fire pit, bbq grill and table-bench area are on the side patio. Original Cabin #4 sits by century old pecan trees that provide a shady area to barbecue, enjoy a campfire, play volleyball, pitch horseshoes or just relax and observe wildlife. The tapered riverbank makes this location great for young kids. There are shallow river areas, perfect for smaller children, and deep swimming holes for fishing and swimming. Set your camp chair seat-deep in the Frio while enjoying your favorite beverage and hanging out with your crew or grab your tube and float down to our River Terrace property (about 45 min float from this location) and hang out in the deep swimming hole. Take a walk on our primitive nature trails where abundant wildlife can be seen. There are 6 cabins at this location, all perfectly spaced apart, so that each cabin has its own private outdoor area and are just a 3-4 minute walk to the waterfront.Each cabin has a private outdoor area with:-picnic table-charcoal BBQ pit-campfire ring-front porch-outdoor string lights The property has a community area nestled in a pecan grove with:-volleyball net-horseshoe pits-additional picnic tablesPricing is for 4 guests. We’re a <5-min drive to Second Crossing, a 9-min drive to Third Crossing, and a 13-min drive to the treasured Garner State Park.With winding streets and houses acres apart, it feels part country but with easy access to Concan hot spots and amenities. The pizza, margaritas on tap, live music and general vibes at Hippie Chicks does not disappoint. Find live music and two-stepping at Joe Jimmies, big names in country music at House Pasture and 18 holes of hill country golfing at the Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club.The cabin is funky. We traded the rusted Texas stars for MCM desert-style, bright-colored vibes. This is a place our family enjoys as well, and you can see the love we have put into it. If you want new-build style perfection, this is not your place. The stairs are a bit steep and the floors have some history, but the views and the style are things to be enjoyed.There are three floors. The main floor includes the kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom with a cal-king, a full bath, and a deck with zero-gravity chairs for stargazing and just comfort of course. The upstairs is a loft, open to the downstairs, with two double beds, one small double bed, and a twin (along with some children's books and toys). The lower floor includes a bedroom with a queen and a twin, a full bathroom, and access to the rocking chair deck that overlooks the pool deck.
