Wifi along with a roku stick for the TV is also provided. Outside, the cabin includes a nice covered deck (gas grill and patio set for use) overlooking the Canoe Creek Valley. There is a carport next to the cabin for 2 vehicles to be parked under and out of the elements. Firewood is also provided to enjoy peaceful bonfires outside.The property includes mowed creek frontage with many deep fishing holes as well as various wildlife and wildflowers scattered throughout the 24 acres. In 2023, major stream bank and trout habitat improvements were made on this property in partnership with the Natural Resource Conservation. Annually, the DNR stocks over 1,700 rainbow trout in this stream. The stream also includes wild brown trout. You will have access to this entire 24 acre parcel along with adjoining public fishing properties. Mushroom hunting can also be great on this property.
