Brand New Vacation rental Cabin situated on a 5 acre parcel bordering the Keuka Lake Outlet and the Outlet Trail. The Outlet Trail is just over 6 miles long and runs from Keuka Lake (Penn Yan) to Seneca Lake (Dresden). The Cabin is fully insulated and features an electric fireplace, Air Conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and USB chargers for cell phones/electronics. We are Vrbo Premier Host and our cabins are located on Italy Hill, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, in Yates County NY. Italy Hill is the 33rd highest peak in NYS. We are an easy 20 minute drive from Keuka and Canandaigua lakes which have multiple boat launches and stores for renting water toys. We are close to many good restaurants and to shopping. There are also 3000 acres of state land and parks within minutes for the outdoors-man/woman and for the serious hiker to explore. Our recently renovated two story cabin is situated on 1.8 acres with all amenities provided for a stress free vacation. Enjoy your coffee in the morning with deer, turkey and a number of other wildlife species right off one of the cabins' three porches. Enjoy a nice bon fire while taking in the unbelievable beauty of the areas night sky.The cabin has two BRs upstairs with queen size beds and a downstairs 3rd BR has a trundle bed with two twin size mattress. The full bathroom has plenty of room for the morning rush with pine accents throughout. The living room has a large screen TV with Roku stick. Both upstairs BRs have a TV with local stations. There is also fiber optic WiFi. So please come stay with us and enjoy our beautiful countryside and what the area has to offer. There’s just too much to do, be it hiking, fishing, wineries, antique shopping, you name it. Most cell phones will work at the cabin, depending on your provider and the weather but if you need a signal, one typically can get it on the road or a short distance down it.The cabins’ driveway can comfortably hold two or three cars or more if you don’t mind backing out of the driveway. Trucks with boats in tow are fine too. We have a grill for cooking steaks on the porch after a hard day enjoying the finger lakes or guest can cook inside with a fully functional kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Branchport and Keuka Lake State Park is a 10 minute drive, as is Prattsburgh. Naples is 15 minutes away and Penn Yan about 20. All three have Dollar and general stores for buying groceries. Penn Yan is the biggest town, with a cinema and more choices than the other area towns. However, one can’t beat Joseph’s fruit stand in Naples for freshly cooked pies, cakes, and bread as well as awesome fruits and veggies, as well as Lynnie Lou’s ice cream but Penn Yan has buckwheat pan cakes, Indian Pines Farm market and two ice cream stores, Seneca Farms and Macs Dairy bar! Enjoy your coffee in the morning with deer, turkeys and a number of other wildlife species right off of the spacious covered porch.The cabin has a queen size bed upstairs in the loft and a pull out futon suitable for one adult or two children downstairs, as well as a separate trundle bed with two twin size beds available. Please review photos of the living room, trundle and futon while its in the down sleeping position so you are familiar with all the sleeping arrangements. Also, please review the photos of the spiral staircase. Guests with limited mobility may find it harder to access the upstairs loft.We went all in when renovating the bathroom including it’s beautiful shower. Located just outside Penn Yan on the north end of Keuka Lake, enjoy what this 2-bedroom cabin has to offer. This quaint and tranquil retreat features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, both on the lower level, a cozy living room with 2 sofa beds, and all the essentials like a washing machine, dryer, portable upstairs AC, and WiFi. Escape the hustle and bustle and unwind in this perfect hideaway. Arriving at Pelican Cabin, you'll park in one of 3 parking spaces, with a short walk to the house. Two steps up to the porch and you'll enter into the open concept upper floor living area. To your left you'll see a sitting area / reading nook and the kitchen. On your right you'll see the dining table and the living room with plenty of seating. Looking straight ahead are the French doors that open up to the deck that has more seating, a small dining table and the propane-gas grill.Inside, taking the spiral staircase to the downstairs, you'll find the 2 bedrooms (both with new beds in 2026), bathroom and laundry room. You'll also find French doors that open up to the lower level outside area that will lead you down about 15 steps to the beach, dock and firepit.You'll have over 50 feet of lake front and a dock to attach your boat to if so inclined. On this end of the lake, it's very shallow walking out into the water which is great for young children. It is a short walk to Seneca Farms for ice cream and chicken dinners.
