The hotel is at very peaceful the view from rooms was amazing👍👍👍👍👍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍. The Hospitality shown by the staff is very good. The good was very delicious😋. The rooms are neat and clean. Overall very good hotel by DLS.

The hotel ARK holiday inn nearby banikhet is treat to eye. The infrastructure was mind-blowing, the interior was also eye-catching. Food, staff behaviour, cleanliness, view, atmosphere everything was awesome. Had a great experience.

Had a horrible experience on the day of check in. Better to avoid this hotel as its test rooms get flooded after bath due to improper surface slope to drainage. Bathroom fittings broken. Lampshades wer just show pieces without lamps, food was not good. No fans. Smart tv not functional. The sales staff were totally hopeless the manager if hotel were amateurs or trainees. Who lacked hospitality experience and had zero kindness towards the guests. Unable to resolve the issue. No refunds for mishaps. Had a compromised stay.

Excellent eminities and delicious food,staff behaviour is excellent ,very familiar staff and very good facilities, excellent location, parking good,every thing was perfect,no complaint,must go once and ever, excellent awesome experience

It was very good experience with ARK hotel, The view from the room is good and their service is also very good. Food is also good they have taken care of everything is good. They have arranged heaters as well for the room. The way of speaking with customers is good.

the best place to stay in dalhouise enjoyed the corporative behavior of the staff and loved the way they treated us. The arrangements of special request were highly appreciated. Food was also amazing, they had multiple options in both veg and non-veg.

To start with, I would like to be thankful for the kindness shown by Mr Satish Arya , the manager of the property, for upgrading my room without any extra charges. The politeness and his helping nature are praise worthy. The property, it's location, the rooms, the service, restaurant and the food everything was awesome. I also thank Mr Ajay Thakur and his team for arranging the pack lunch for us early in the morning at 0730 hrs. I would definitely recommend others to try this property during your visit to Dalhousie. I would love to come here second time.

We have enjoy stay at this hotel Every thing is so nice Location is very good Staff also very friendly I have give one suggestion to please increase breakfast item more then currently But we still give 4 star for stay Location staff & food is good

Amazing experience in terms of service, room, View from room and staff behaviour. It has pleasant view fom the room and balcony. I stayed in room no 403 (super deluxe) for 2 nights with beakfast and dinner buffet. Pros: 1. Clanliness 2. Staff behaviour 3. Buffet menu and taste of food. 4. Room service. 5. Room quality. 6. Exquisite dining area/ Restaurant. 7. Services 8. Safe and quiet place. Cons: 1. It is situated at Banikhet. So, you need to have your own communication for visiting the nearby places.
