Ok for overnight but no more. View is the best feature. Close to restaurants and coffee. Stairways don’t feel safe. Upstairs walkways don’t feel safe. Both need to be replaced. Breakfast items to go were good. Room was clean but the whole thing needs TLC.

If you need a cheap place to rest for the night and want a beautiful sunset this is your place. The rooms are good but very old like from 1950s because the bathroom door is the same my grandparents installed in their house in the 50s. That being said the rooms are good and sleep well. View can't be beat. The only issue that worried us was the wood stairs and landing on the second floor. Did not feel like it would hold us for long. I would stay here again though if traveling through South Dakota and honestly I hope to some time again.

Excellent place Nice clean rooms Amazing views Only issue no ice machine But they did give me a sandwich bag of ice Didn't have breakfast But apparently not hot but fruit and muffins Easy Parking next to room Good staff Easy to find Good bargain

Clean rooms, clean beds. The new owner was friendly and easy to talk to. Our family had a great night of sleep after a long travel day. Appreciate the granola and fruit bars in the morning. The hotel decor may be dated but the stay satisfied all our needs. Thank you!

Quiet, comfortable bed, on the river and walking distance to restaurants. It is a basic motel, a place to sleep. The room was clean and the towels were thick. My room didn't have a blow dryer. There is a microwave and small fridge. Easy check in and check out.

Although admittedly I was skeptical, this old 50s motel has location location location on the beautiful Missouri River bank, it is very very clean and the owner is very personable. AC works great, great water pressure for showers, and did I mention while old, It is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are user friendly with shelving etc. We now know where to stay while traveling through our beautiful South Dakota! Frank & Ty, Hill City, SD
